1.0. INTRODUCTION
Advances in mobile technology have changed the way people communicate with each other. Through all of its changes, voice communication over the telephone has never lost its appeal. The telephone itself has many other uses since losing its wires. Wireless technologies have changed the mobile phones capabilities. Voicemail eliminated the need for a wired message recording device. The mobile telephone now has data capabilities that make it much more than just a way to share voices. Mobile phones have text messaging capabilities that are useful for sending quick messages when a complete conversation is unnecessary or when the same short message is sent to a group at the same time. This type of messaging is also appealing for engaging in conversations when speaking by voice is inappropriate. In addition to text messaging, people can send email via their mobile phones. People can take still photographs or video and email them to others. These capabilities are not restricted to modern mobile telephones, but are also available with the popular Smart phones and some Personal Digital Assistants. A mobile OS reflects peoples lifestyle because it determines the choice of applications and Screen functionality.

7. 0. RECOMMENDATION
Mobile phones are very popular among young people and have huge appeal for personal security and keeping in touch with others. The research does show that using mobile phones affects brain activity. Because the head and nervous system are still developing into the teenage years, the expert group considered that if there are any unrecognized health risks from mobile phone use, then children and young people might be more vulnerable than adults. It can be concluded and recommended that in line with a precautionary approach, the wide spread use of mobile phones by children should be discouraged for non-essential calls. In the light of this recommendation it can be strongly advised that where children and young people do use mobile phones, there should be limitation and they should use mobile phones for essential purposes only keep all calls short - talking for long periods prolongs exposure and should be discouraged. Besides, it is highly recommended that parents should avoid their children being subject to any possible risk that might be identified in the future; the way to do so is to exercise their choice not to let their children use mobile phones.
8.0. CONCLUSION
It can be concluded that the users of mobile phone expect solid stability and performance from their phones. So that Mobile Operating System is nowhere near the capabilities of desktop Operating Systems. The key to the mobile operation system that hand-held is its portability. The users of mobile phone tend to appreciate that, home use, and anything requiring quick information access and recording, these devices can be used on their mobile phones in todays fast moving world. Of course, more powerful and architecturally designed applications are available at different types of mobile phones. Lastly, I would like to say that phones really are different from other systems and they are complex.
