Current Chef De Partie Inventory control experience and HACCP understanding and monitoring Knowledge in molecular cuisine and modern trends Friendly, cooperative, responsive attitude and a team player Excellent organizational skills, able to multi task and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English Purchasing Officer Experience and Qualification Minimum experience of 2 years in a five star/luxury in the same capacity Preferebaly a Maldivian National Materials Control experience would be an advantage Flexible working hours, hands on, patient and peoples person Excellent organizational skills, able to multi task and meet deadlines Friendly, cooperative, responsive attitude , a team player Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
