Q1. Yes, AP Warrant #5590 was for $473,651.96 and was included in everyones packet. The amount read, $872,853.22, was actually for the previous warrant (#5589) approved at the last meeting. Bob Sweeney & I noticed it too and discussed that as long as the amount approved was higher than the actual warrant, we were ok & could clean it up at the next meeting. What do you call that, Scribner error?

Q2. Michelle Hohmeier asked me about B & C Retailing yesterday. I spoke to the owner today. She was unaware a fictitious name needed to be registered & hoped to take care of it today. This is not something we have ever been concerned about or would even consider our arena.

Last night Bill said something about the general warrant differing from what we had been sent. I could not pull up the warrants we were sent last night, but after doing so today, I can see there is definitely a big difference! According to the warrants I have

#5590 was supposed to be in the amount of $473,651.96 what we approved was $872,853.22, would you mind clarifying that for me please?

Also B and C Retailing was paid last evening. There is no dba with that name registered with the Missouri Secretary of State's Office. Do you have something on file for them?
