Narrative Report
To acquire respect and cooperation of students, the cooperating instructor possesses the following physical, intellectual, social and moral attributes: pleasing personal appearance (as seen on his good taste and neatness in dress), have good posture and physically fit, and has good manners. He really has shown candid interests on his students. He also possesses intelligence as he executes lessons which show his expertise of the course. The characteristic of being mentally alert and his sparkle and drive towards what he is doing is definite. His cheerfulness and enthusiasm as well as his sense of humor helped him to uplift the interest of the class in the subject. His integrity and trustworthiness on PUP is also observable as he discusses his lessons. The classroom is a laboratory which is wider than the usual set-up so it requires a wellmodulated voice because the instructor is also competing with the noise outside the room. The classroom set up (but in this case, is a laboratory) is composed of the proper arrangement of heavy equipment according to how the user will maximize space. The condition of desks, chairs, and tables are appropriately arranged but sometimes there are lacks of chairs but most of the furniture is in good repair. Black board and bulletin board are clean. Cleanliness is somehow observable because cleaners are assigned for the proper maintenance of the lab. Spread of lighting is properly shaded. Sometimes the electric fan cannot ventilate all of the students in the classroom.

The overall classroom manager, the cooperating teacher, have induced cooperation, encouraged neatness in his activities, promoted accuracy, kept everything in order and conserved time and energy. On the classroom management, it is

noticeable that the teacher has the authority but students freedom on their activities is also conspicuous. Visible techniques used by the cooperating teacher are: positive incentives, promote everything to be organized all the time and finally, work levels of students are scientifically determined. The outcomes of management which are

apparent to students are cooperation, obedience, industry and systematic ways of working. The cooperating teacher gives demonstration of how an activity must be done. He stimulates students to observe things and makes sure that they understand the instruction. He also questions interesting objects and machine parts. Experience

activities are also done and allow students to discuss things that they observed. The teachers objective in associating lessons are evident like: system of associations, focalizing students attention on important items or materials, furnish general patterns of procedure, create situation for practice and determine the degree of retention of learning. He also helps the student to increase their vocabulary, learn meanings of words and symbols facilitate recall and avoid irrelevant details. He, the cooperating teacher, approaches his students Engineer (Surname). It is one of his techniques on how to motivate students to work hard and become a real one. There are so many struggles that students may meet along their way as they go on their dream but Prof. Augusto R. Onia is with them to remind them that their dreams are reachable if they will work hard for it.
