AIM is the region's first Emerging Markets FDI-focused event to offer a perfect blend of trade fair and intellectual features aimed at enriching Institutional, corporate and individual investors attending with a comprehensive set of guidelines for their future investment decisions in high growth regions. Established as the new staple for foreign trade and FDI, AIM attracts a mix of high profile government officials, private asset owners and project promoters from all across the globe. The events has been structured to give you first hand information to identify investment opportunities regarding the prices and latest developments in the real estate and property industry, meet prospective clients, network with government officials and policy makers from across Europe, Middle East and the Asia Pacific region and market your projects to an international audience. This year, IPS will introduce two new platforms within the show, the Annual Investment Meeting (AIM) 2013 and the Real Estate Brokers Pavilion. Both these new platforms have been carefully researched and selected to facilitate and educate both institutional and individual investors to the current prices, policies, trends and best practices prevalent in the global and local Real Estate and Property sector and gain a firsthand insight into developing and upcoming countries. IPS 2013 is scheduled to take place from April 30th May 2nd, 2013, from 9 am to 7 pm daily at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre (Dubai World Trade Centre) in Hall Rashid and Maktoum.
