Dim sums origins go back to the era of the Silk Road, when roadside tea houses would offer up small snacks to weary travelers. The dishes were intentionally small, meant only to accompany the tea and "touch the heart" (). We created Yum Cha Dim Sum Parlor to bring this tradition of dim sum and Chinese cuisine to downtown Chicago. THOUSAND DAYS RED JASMINE

From the Fujian province in China, this hand-tied white tea ower is infused with the petals of jasmine. The red blossom in the center denotes fortune as the delicate notes of white tea and jasmine linger on the palate.

EBONY

The ebony ower is a beautiful black tea ower from the lower Assam region of India and consists of leaves that are hand tied and sewn. This ower boasts a very malty, delicate avor with a dry nish similar to red wine. It is infused three times and is incredibly smooth each time.
