Circumference: the closed curve itself. Centre: a fixed point inside the circle, it is equidistant from all points on the circumference. Radius: a line segment connecting the centre and a point on the circumference. Diameter: a line segment which passes through the centre and connects two points on the circumference. Circumference, radius and diameter may mean the corresponding lengths.
