Group 2000 SRL, regarding the purchase and use of the LASERMIND software. Please read it carefully before purchasing or start using this software. Expert Group 2000 SRL exclusively owns all copyrights to LASERMIND software. The user is granted a non-exclusive license to use LASERMIND software on maximum one computer, for any legal purpose, at a time. The registered LASERMIND software may not be rented, leased or transferred. LASERMIND SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR, THE SELLERS THE RESELLERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS OR DAMAGES WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. You may not use LASERMIND software in other proposes than for personal mental training. Exposing other persons to LASERMIND software messages without their express agreement will make you responsible for all the consequences of this action. Expert Group 2000 SRL does not assume any responsibility for the content and effect of your custom messages, photos or audio files placed into LASERMIND software. Regarding the already made text messages, images and audio files delivered together with the software LASERMIND we believe that they are totally positive and constructive; please read/view/listen these messages and use it only if you consider that are suitable for you, or modify it according your preferences. If you suffer of any mental of physical condition that could be affected by flashing stimulus of the images, we recommend you to consult your doctor or physician before using LASERMIND software. Expert Group 2000 SRL does not offer medical support. Expert Group 2000 SRL does not guarantee you any material, health or emotional profit or improve resulted by using LASERMIND software. The positive results may vary from person to person and there are a lot of circumstantial factors that could interact in this matter.
