Objectives

By the end of the module, participants will be able to make the correct entry to: display the Skycap Die Sine table update the Skycap Die Sine table delete a Skycap Die Sine from the table issue a bag tag using the skycap password

Instructors

In order to update the Skycap Die Sine Table, the participant must have the keyword SUPVSR and the duty code 7, 8, or #. The participant must also be familiar with EPRs. In order to issue a bag tag, the skycap EPR must have the keywords BAGTAG, GDSPLY, and SELECT and duty code 4.

Overview

Skycap Die Sine Table The Skycap Die Sine Table is used to: record the skycaps name record and associate a unique die number retain the skycaps password allow issuance of bag tags using the password Skycaps are not required to sign into the Sabre computer reservation system. When a skycap issues a bag tag, the password is validated against this table.

Note

Changes to the password field can be made including the airport, die number, name of the skycap, and the new password. Other changes to the table, such as a change to the first or last name, require deleting the entire line and entering a new one.
