The segment tax (ZP) and passenger facility charges (XF) must be shown in the tax boxes in a manual ticket record. If not enough tax boxes are available, taxes may be combined into an XT field. All PFCs must be shown as the last item in the fare calculation line following the total base fare or rate of exchange (ROE) and any combined taxes. Notes: A maximum of 4 PFCs can be collected on any ticket. A mandatory space must separate the end of the segment tax detail and the beginning of the combined tax breakdown. A zero (0) displays after the origin airport code for flight segments departing to or from a segment tax-exempt rural airport. For example, ZPACT0DFW. If you use the mask to create the ticket record, do not add WIC to the beginning of the fare calculation line.
