Care plus Welfare organizations Women Empowerment activities (WEP) is a memberbased, social justice and our organization project for girls, women and including transgender youth, and women ages 16-40 and above who have current or past experience in the field and street economy and domestic issues. Our mission is to offer safe, respectful, free-ofjudgment spaces for women impacted by the all relative issues and street economy to recognize their hopes, dreams, and desires. The goal of our work is to build a movement of women with the life of history and their issues so that we can unite and fight back. This means our staff comes from our membership and is almost entirely between the ages of 16-36. WEP defines a member as any girl or women and transgender girls, who is currently or formerly involved in the domestic issues, hard worker, sex trade and/ street economy, is under 16-40, and who attends at least one membership meeting per month. We do workshops all over in Multan and other areas. We also reach 50 girls and women per semiannual through our peer to peer outreach and an additional 20 through our syringe exchange, Girls In charge work to deepen their political and social education and make decisions for our projectincluding building our base, hiring staff, and creating our campaigns.

O%" V*+%(WEPs values are vary and run deep in all of our work, daily and annual alike. From self care to harm reduction, to popular education, and empowerment theoryour model is based around the idea that we believe girls and women are the experts in their own lives. Many times, girls are taught that they dont know what is best for them: A doctor knows what is best for her health, a social worker knows what is best for her emotional health or a judge knows what is best for her-period! At WEP, we strive to create spaces where girls are in charge. A place where girls are knowledgeable about these systems and the harm they can cause.

V'#+( &(
Institutional violence is when a system causes harm or someone who is part of system causes harm. We dont tell girls what to do, we dont give advice and adults dont take control of youth-led projects. We create as many opportunities as possible for girls to be in leadership positions and adults do not do all the important work and do not make all the important decisions. Being empowered means that girls are active in the decisions they make about their lives. At WEP we give girls skills to become active in their lives by involving them in leadership development as much as possible and by educating them about their rights, their money and their options.

1. Institutional violence made individual violence worse. This means that when girls experienced things like rape or assault and then tried to get help, systems often did more harm to us. An example of this is a girl not being believed or a girl being arrested when she is trying to file a report for rape or other issues. 2. We are Denied Help from institutions both passively and actively. This means that some systems are set up to fail us because they are too complicated or because we are simply told that we cannot access help because we are involved in the in these activities and issues. 3. Resilience is a stepping stone to resistance. This means that the more we take care of ourselves or heal, the more we have the power to fight back. We heal through breaking isolation and building community, by soothing ourselves with art, meditation, reading, baths and more. We fight back and resist violence by building critical awareness and recognizing that oppression plays an important role in our experiences. We fight back by speaking out and standing up for ourselves and our community. Harm reduction is a life philosophy that we use to resist violence.

M #!'.*!'# Education for health begins with people. It hopes to motivate them with whatever interests they may have in improving their living conditions. Its aim is to develop in them a sense of responsibility for health conditions for themselves as individuals, as members of families, and as communities. In communicable disease control, health education commonly includes an appraisal of what is known by a population about a disease, an assessment of habits and attitudes of the people as they relate to spread and frequency of the disease, and the presentation of specific means to remedy observed deficiencies. Health education is also an effective tool that helps improve health in developing nations. It not only teaches prevention and basic health knowledge but also conditions ideas that reshape everyday habits of people with unhealthy lifestyles in developing countries. This type of conditioning not only affects the immediate recipients of such education but also future generations will benefit from an improved and properly cultivated ideas about health that will eventually be ingrained with widely spread health education. Moreover, besides physical health prevention, health education can also provide more aid and help people deal healthier with situations of extreme stress, anxiety, depression or other emotional disturbances to lessen the impact of these sorts of mental and emotional constituents, which can consequently lead to detrimental physical effects.

T(*&,' ) A comprehensive health education curriculum consists of planned learning experiences which will help students achieve desirable attitudes and practices related to critical health issues. Some of these are: emotional health and a positive self image; appreciation, respect for, and care of the human body and its vital organs; physical fitness; health issues of alcohol, tobacco, drug use and abuse; health misconceptions and myths; effects of exercise on the body systems and on general well being; nutrition and weight control; sexual relationships and sexuality, the scientific, social, and economic aspects of community and ecological health; communicable and degenerative diseases including sexually transmitted diseases; disaster preparedness; safety and driver education; factors in the environment and how those factors affect an individual's or population's Environmental health (ex: air quality, water quality, food sanitation); life skills; choosing professional medical and health services; and choices of health careers.

COLLABORATION The early childhood professionals all discussed involving other people in most of their advocacy efforts. Within their workplaces, they described collaborating with other staff, parents and families, along with children. They mentioned directly involving children, through supporting and promoting children's own advocacy. For children to be seen as competent was listed amongst the goals of these professionals. FOCUS Within their own workplaces, advocacy to children was discussed by these early childhood professionals as incorporated within their education of children, their interventions for change with children and empowerment of them. To management, advocacy was most commonly discussed in terms of educating management regarding work with children. Advocacy to other staff was referred to as leadership and also supporting the self-advocacy of families to other staff. VISION AND GOALS The early childhood professionals generally described advocacy as being a voice for children, with some seeing aspects of activism part of it too. They commonly felt a sense of responsibility (or obligation) and social justice to drive their advocacy. This seems to reflect the ethical obligations of all early childhood professionals. The rights of children as enshrined in the Constitution of Pakistan 1973, also mentioned about the rights of child which prohibited the slaver and child labor forced. Care plus Welfare Organization worked and held seminar in the schools, special school, and publically meetings for the rights of the children and consult to their fathers for awareness and about the childs education which through they can got a dignity in the society. Human rights are fundamental rights that belong to every person simply because he/she is a human being. Human rights are based on the principle that every human being is born equal in dignity and rights. All human rights are equally important and they cannot be taken away under any circumstances. Human rights are important because they protect our right to live in dignity, which includes the right to life, freedom and security. To live in dignity means that we should have things such as a decent place to live and enough to eat, it means we should be able to participate in society, to receive an education, to work, to practice our religion, to speak our own language, and to live in peace. Human rights are a tool to protect people from violence and abuse. Human rights foster mutual respect among people Human rights incite conscious and responsible action to ensure the rights of others are not violated. For example, it is our right to live free from all forms of discrimination, but at the same time, it is our responsibility not to discriminate against others H%1* $') '!6 Human dignity is a fundamental principle of human rights, which affirms that all people deserve to be respected simply because they are human beings. Regardless of age, culture, religion, ethnic origin, color, sex, sexual orientation, language, ability, social status, civil status or political convictions, all individuals deserve respect. H%1* (7%*+'!6 Equality is another fundamental principle of human rights. It affirms that all human beings are born free and equal. Equality presupposes that all individuals have the same rights and deserve the same level of respect. Non-discrimination is an integral part of the notion of equality. We noted that citizenship education embraced all the areas of education under study peace, human rights, democracy, international understanding, and tolerance. We examine formal and non-formal education focused more specifically on peace, human rights, and international understanding. Nevertheless, there are distinct networks devoted to peace education, human rights education, and global education in Pakistan that deserve to be reported separately. These networks run through formal education systems, other public institutions, and nongovernmental organizations. Our purpose in this section is to provide an overview of work in each of these networks in Pakistan. The Declaration on Education for Peace, Human Rights and Democracy calls on its signatories to enhance the role and status of educators in formal and non-formal education and to give priority to the preparation of educators in the fields of peace, human rights, and democracy.
