responding rather than reacting to life events. Through responding, conict moments are transformed
into cooperative learning opportunities.
Laws of DaiIy Conhict
Be a 1. S.T.A.R., SmiIe, Take a deep breath, And ReIax.
Cut the intensity (mirror neurons).

doing what I wanted him/her to do. I dont know how to express my anger directly.

You: What could you do that is helpful?
ChiId: I dont know.
You: You could do or say _________.
ChiId response: Helpful.
You: How is telling me about ______ being helpful?
ChiId: He/she is supposed to _________.
