Position Role: Organizing Committee President Role Description: The role of the OCP is to coordinate the project teams activities in order to organize and run a great project, overcoming possible difficulties AIESEC XP stage: Taking Responsibility, Leadership (The structure will be created by the OCP, together with VP Projects, this is just an example).

Responsibilities:
PROJECT MANAGER . Creates project plan together with his team and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs . Splits responsibilities according to competencies developed, background and motivation . Tracks and evaluates team s activit! on a weekl! basis . "rgani#es weekl! meetings with project team . $denti%ies resources needed together with VP Projects . &eeps project team well in%ormed o% changes within the organi#ation and general news on the issue . $s %inal responsible %or each o% the project activities' sales, logistics, reception, budgeting, and promotion. LEADER OF A TEAM . Creates together with his team members the identit! o% his team including principles and wa! o% working . (cknowledges and appreciates each team member)s contributions . Motivates team to work together in the most e%%icient manner . &eeps track o% lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members . *ncourages a %eedback culture within the team *nsure constantl! the growth and the development o% each "C member

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES . *stablishes the measurement s!stem and the %inal evaluation o% the project and the results together with the team and the *+. .Contributes to the making o% the budget and the Cash ,low %or the project together with the "C ,inance..oes Sales together with "C/"C VP Sales. .0e represents the project in the e1ternal environment."versees that deadlines are met and that activities are completed throughout the running o% the project.Maintains the connection with the *+ and the entire 2C .Compiles the project %iles in electronic %ormat. .Makes sure that the "C members have the overview o% the project
