Walmart won a court case in RSA against small businesses who sought to keep the giant small business killer out of the country. The Court felt that by allowing Walmart to do business in RSA it might bring about more international businesses interest in RSA. RSA has the largest percent of women in senior management positions at 39%. The BRIC (Brazil, Russian, India, and China) has 26% women in senior management position and the G-7 (Seven again since the expelling of Russian, March 2014) has only 18% of women in senior leader management positions.
