Duties And Responsibilities at (G.O.P.D.C)
 Taking samples of process feed into and out of the industrial
equipments and testing for the efficiency of the equipment at the
laboratory.
 Daily collection of data from the factory.
 Do routine checks, calculation and material balances in data files
and prepare daily production reports
 Record data entries on both incoming raw material and outgoing
stocks.

Duties and Responsibilities at C.P.C

 Study the processes used in both the cocoa and the confectionery
factories
 Study the equipment and machinery in both factories, the type of
plant assembly implemented and the arrangement of the
equipment
 Daily collection of data from two factories (cocoa and
confectionery).
 Do routine calculation and material balances in data files and
prepare daily production reports
 Record data entries on downtime of machines and compile
monthly downtime report for both cocoa and confectionery.
 Daily preparation of goods release notes on products packed for
quality certification by quality assurance department.
 Liaise with store keepers and other personnel to transfer products
from production floors to stores.
 Liaise with store keepers to reconcile stock level of finished
products and raw materials (cocoa beans) in warehouses.
 Do routine checks on the machines at the cocoa house, taking
note of any problems with machinery.
 Taking part in weekly maintenance and cleaning exercise of
industrial equipment in the company.
