Remove your glasses BEFORE you take your photo.

Place a CD or DVD under your chin, holding it straight up and down with the label side facing the camera. (See example above.) Position your camera and body so that your head and shoulders fill the majority of the frame. Make sure that the photo will capture your entire head AND the CD or DVD. Look straight ahead, and take your photo.
