A RESOLUTION As members of the Park County Republican Party, we are committed to ensuring political candidates and elected ofcials

who claim to be Republicans are reective of our Party, its platform, and its membership. As part of that commitment we are required to hold those who do not subscribe to our principles and values accountable. As such, with dutiful concern we declare: Whereas Senator Coe has supported, contributed, and endorsed democrats, Mike Massie and Kelly Jensen, running against Republicans in elections within our own state. Whereas Senator Coe has threatened to, xx re-group and take back the Park County Republican Party" from the current membership of our Party. Whereas Senator Coe has stated he will use his ofce to interfere in our fundraising efforts, to wit: His comment to a constituent about him being in ofce until January 2017, and the Park County Republican Party not being lucky enough to raise half our dues infers he is going to use his elected position to interfere with our fundraising efforts to pay our shares to the Wyoming Republican Party. Whereas Senator Coe initiated, sponsored, and fast tracked the now unconstitutional Senate File 104 which denied the constitutional and lawfully elected Superintendent of Public Instruction of the necessary duties and responsibilities to run his/her ofce effectively. All in exchange for an appointed Wyoming Director of Education who was not accountable to the People. Whereas Senator Coe instructed his fellow lawmakers at a meeting with his constituents not to speak about Senate File 104 due to the advice of legal counsel. After which, the Attorney General of the State of Wyoming stated, "Legislators need to be able to communicate with their constituents. The litigation is secondary to that."

Whereas Senator Coe, upon SF 104 being found to be unconstitutional, has attempted to create a referendum (SJ0002) removing the constitutionally elected position of the Superintendent of Public Instruction. Thus, reducing the role of the People's voice in education in Wyoming. Whereas Senator Coe chairs the Senate Education Committee which conrmed Richard Crandall as the Director of Wyoming Education after the Wyoming Supreme Court declared SF 104 unconstitutional, and on the same day, declined to reconsider its decision to strike down SF 104. Whereas Senator Coe has been a supporter of Common Core, removing the control of education from the People and subjugating education in Wyoming to the federal government. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Park County Republican Party censures Senator Coe for his continued transgressions to our County and State, and BE IT bVP'i'HW RESOLVED that, we, the Republican Party in Park County, Wyoming will no longer support, campaign for, or endorse Henry "Hank" Coe as our Wyoming Senator for District 18. The Park County Republican Party welcomes and highly encourages a response by Senator Coe to our concerns by the next regular central committee meeting in April 2014. Unless we receive a satisfactory response to this resolution its consequences shall become binding and irrevocable.
