Work E perience

Tenure : !ust have minimum ( year of relevant work e)perience in reputed !*+ or ,ndian organi'ation !ontent "reas : should have worked in the Sales function of reputed companies with strong hands on e)perience in sales (sales cycle, "T- activities, distributor appointment and network management) ,ndustry: must have e)perience of working in !+%, telecom, cements, paints or any other building product related industry

&ey Responsibilities

\ Sales Gro't(: &rive sales for sheeting products to achieve both revenue and volume targets for the territory Distribution Management: 4ffectively manage e)isting distributor network5 also facilitate process of new distributor#channel partner#retailer appointment to increase market penetration and distribution reach0

BTL Management: +onduct "T- promotional activities to attract new customers5 ensure distribution of $O$ material to retailers and stockists and effectively manage 6carpenter needs7 )n*entory and logistics management: 8ork closely with relevant stakeholder groups to facilitate timely supply of stocks as per demand to avoid stock1outs0 Data !ollection and Market )ntelligence: +ollect relevant data and market intelligence from distributors#retailers and share it with supervisor0 !ustomer Ser*ice and +eedback: 8ork closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure speedy resolution of all customer complaints0 %ather feedback from the customers to facilitate continuous improvement of product and services0 Documentation: 4nsure timely and accurate documentation completion legal contract#agreement sign offs and renewals)0 M)S: 4nsure relevant data and reports are shared with the "ranch office on time0
