Depending on the context, we can use either Possessive Adjectives or Possessive Pronouns to indicate possession. Possessive adjectives almost always come before a noun. Possessive pronouns replace a noun; This is my car. This car is mine. (Possessive Adjective) (Possessive Pronoun)
