INTERPRETATION: From the above Table 1 and Chart 1 it is clear that employees are selected at random and almost majority of employees of the company falls between the age group of 25-35

Interpretation From the given data we can interpret that the employees are satisfied with the transportation facilities of the company as the company is in reachable place. Transportation is an important factor for the job satisfaction.

Interpretation
It is clear from the table 7 and chart 7 that workers are not comfortable with the working hours of the company as they feels that the working hours are more. The working hour is a major factor that affects the satisfaction level of employees

INTERPRETATION: From the above table, it is clear that majority of workers are satisfied with the overtime benefits provided by the company. Some of them are highly satisfied with overtime benefits provided by the company.

Some of them are highly satisfied and some are having fair decision about relationship with other employees of the company. INTERPRETATION: Refreshment and relaxation is necessary for employees in doing their work. It will leads to improve the performance and efficiency of workers From the above table, it is clear that majority of workers are highly satisfied with the refreshments provided by the company. Some of them are satisfied and some are having fair decision about refreshments provided by the company.

Interpretation
From the table it is clear that the employees are neutrally satisfied with the rewards and recognitions provided. Some of the employees are highly satisfied with the rewards and recognitions while some feels dissatisfied with it.
