Established a talent management strategy & created a strong total reward strategy for a high growth operation and led its implementation and SOX certification. Prior to this he was the Executive Vice President HR & Strategic Planning for the Eicher Group and Member on the Board of Eicher Consulting Services (ECS). In Eicher he was responsible for re-tooling the HR system in line with Core Strategy.

Sanjay Lakhotia is a management graduate from XLRI with more than 15 years of experience of working in human resources area. He has worked for more than 13 years in consulting where he has helped clients in various issues of HR including HR Strategy, change management, organization restructuring, leadership development and coaching, capability development, performance management, rewards etc. He used to head the compensation and benefits business for Hewitt Associates for India and subsequently for South-Asia and has experience of helping clients across the Asia-Pacific region around various HR and rewards related issues. He was Head of operations for Asia pacific for the outsourcing business at the time he quit Hewitt in 2007. His clients included companies like HP, P&G, Motorola, DuPont, Tata Steel, ONGC, Indian Oil etc. On the Advisory Board of talentonic are Sumer Datta and Lalit Sawhney. Sumer was the Country Manager for Hewitt's India operations. He then went on to head Hewitt's outsourcing business in the Asia-Pacific. Lalit was the long-term IT Head at Hindustan Unilever Limited, Mumbai. Lalit later became Sr. Vice President and member of the initial team, which set up Reliance Communication.
