SUMMARY PROFILE After one decade in Corporate Sector ( Food, Detergent , Footwear industries ) at the Level of General Manager in 1994, he moved on to join Management Academics ( teaching management & building management institutions. In 2000, he moved on to set up his Consulting Firms, VISION CONSULTING (for Corporate Consulting) & VISION FOUNDATION (for Social Sector in 2000). His focus has been on Performance Management in Corporate Sector through use of strategic management based on systemic assessment of the business & organization strategy, structures and systems through a model called CHASE(Corporate Health Assessment & Strategies for Excellence) , developed through extensive research in Business( For Profit) and ( Not For Profit) Development organizations adopting systems management framework.

Designed Model for Management Process Mapping, which is used successfully at VISION CONSULTING for improving Management Strength. Set up branch of VISION CONSULTING in Middle East Drafted CSR Guideline for PSUs for Govt. of India (Deptt. Of Public Enterprise, GOI, Integrating HR Strategies with Business / Marketing Strategies) and Organised national CSR workshops in collaboration with Department of Public Enterprises to promote the CSR Guideline.( CSR Guidelines of GoI was launched in VISIONs National Workshop at Puri, Odisha) Drafted the Guideline for the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, GoI, for adoption of backward areas/ districts by corporate ( to be formally launched by the Ministry) Prepared the base document on CSR for the World Bank, titled, CSR TRENDS and best practices(international and India )

CV of Prof. Ranjan Mohapatra Prepared a report on Social Audit Framework for the Planning Commission. GoI. Designed and launched a new course in 1994 on, Development Management (with an integrated and systemic approach to Development) at MBA level in IILM, New Delhi. Drafted the first Cooperative Bye-law of India for Cattle Dung and got it approved by Government of Haryana and registered first of Indias Cattle Dung Cooperative Society. Consulted by RBI, SBI, and NABARD on issues of credit mobilization through SHG and Income Generation linking credit. A pilot livelihood project of VISION FOUNDATION got selected as one of the 52 selected global projects by EXPO-2000, Hannover, getting global recognition to the institution.
