Allah desires ease for believers and does not want to impose difficulties. The religion should be moderate, straight, and easy to follow. One should not overburden themselves with religious practices or they will not be able to continue. It is better to do good deeds that are within one's capacity regularly, rather than tiring oneself out. The Prophet advised doing good deeds according to one's abilities without overexerting, as Allah rewards continuously but people can grow tired. Moderation is encouraged over extremes in religious observance.

Narrated Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him):
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said,
" Religion is very easy
and whoever overburdens himself in his religion will not be able to continue in that way. So you should not be extremists, but try to be near to perfection and receive the good tidings that you will be rewarded; and gain strength by worshipping in the mornings, the nights."

Allah ko woh Deen pasand hay
jo sachcha, seedha aur aasaan ho
Hazrat Abu-Hurairah (radi'Allahu anhu) say
Aan-Hazrat (sall'Allahu alaihi wa sallam) nay fermaya,
"Bay-shak (Islam ka) Deen aasaan hay
aur Deen mein jo koi sakhti kare ga to Deen iss per ghalib aaye ga iss liye beech beech ki chaal chalo aur afzal kaam (na ker sako to kam-az-kam afzal kaam) ke nazdeek raho aur sawaab ki ummeed rakhte hue khush raho. Aur taqat/qoowat haasil karo subah ki ibadat se aur raat ki ibadat se.

Do (good) deeds which is within your capacity
Narrated 'Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her):
Once the Prophet (peace be upon him) came
while a woman was sitting with me.
He (peace be upon him) asked, "Who is she?"
I replied, "She is so and so," and told him about her (excessive) praying.
He (peace be upon him) said disapprovingly,
"Do (good) deeds which is within your capacity
(without being overtaxed) as Allah does not get tired (of giving rewards) but (surely) you will get tired and the best deed (act of Worship) in the sight of Allah is that which is done regularly."

Apni taqat aur salahiyat ke daa'irah mein

Unhon ne daryaaft farmaya ke
'woh kaun hai?',
Main ne jawaab diya woh falaan falaan hai
aur uss (khatoon) ki namaaz (ki ziyadatioon) ke baare mein bataya.
Aap (sall'Allahu alaihi wa sallam) ne
radd (na-qabille qubool) karte huye bataya ke:
"Apni taqat aur salahiyat ke daa'irah mein rah kar
(neik) aamaal karo (Beghair ziyadati ke) kiyonke Allah Ta'ala (Sawaab dene se) nahi thakte lekin (Yaqeenan) tum thak jaoogee aur sab se behtareen aamaal (ibadat) Allah Ta'ala ki nazron mein woh hai jo mustaqil kiya jaaye."
