THIS CLAUSE APPLIES TO INSURING CLAUSES 1, 2 & 3 ONLY

It is understood and agreed that any private sports coach who is registered with
www.coachup.com is an additional insured under this Policy but solely in respect of any
private coaching session scheduled through and paid through www.coachup.com.

It is also understood and agreed that the Limits of Liability and Deductibles shown in the
Declarations in respect of any claim first made against any private sports coach who is
registered with www.coachup.com and notified to us during the period of the policy arising
out of:
a) injury;
b) sexual misconduct;
c) physical abuse;
d) advertising injury; or
e) damage:
committed during any private coaching session scheduled through and paid through
www.coachup.com shall be as follows and not as shown in the Declarations:
Limit of liability: USD1,000,000 each and every claim, including
costs and expenses
Aggregate limit of liability: USD3,000,000 including costs and expenses
Deductible: USD1,000 each and every claim, including
costs and expenses
These Limits of Liability are a part of and not in addition to the Limits of Liability shown in the
Declarations.
The Retroactive date stated in the Declarations is deleted in its entirety and replaced by the
following:
RETROACTIVE DATES: 15 Mar 2013 in respect of any claim of up to
USD100,000, including costs and
expenses
01 Feb 2016 in respect of that part of any claim
that exceeds USD100,000, including
costs and expenses
