Direct sourcing: Several online job portals and Newspaper advertisements are chosen as a
medium to recruit people directly

Employee reference: This is a very effective procedure followed in the company wherein
the existing employees refer their friends, relatives or any other contact for the job and successful hiring is rewarded.

Consultants: The role of a consultant is to work on behalf of the company to fulfill the
requirement for which they would be paid accordingly. The requirement along with the job description is given to the consultants who then source suitable candidates and arrange for an interview

Functions of HR in Organization 1) Filling and keeping filled the Job posts by various means. 2) To solve all the legal problem related to the Organization.

1. Retention of employees during boom period and layoff during recession is the most difficult job of an HR. Effective steps towards Healthy Employee relationship Regular and frequent interaction between the HR and the employees In most cases there is a gap between HR and employees so that gap needs to be bridged Frequent group outings are one of the ways Female employees need different type of care than male employees. As this work is more of field work right person need to be chosen for right job.
