Click on "Compose Mail" button

One subwindow should open contains some buttons for sending mail like Send,Save Now and Discard

Enter proper mail id(s) in the To Textbox attach any file(s) one by one

e.g:name1_xyz .239@gmai l.com Check it shouldn't be exceed 25MB combinely.I f it exceed then show proper error message

Click on Send button
