So)e stepped crac*in' as %een pointed up a%ove t e front door arc fairly recently and appears to ave run do-n t e ri' t and of t e front door openin' in t e past as -ell. We -ould assu)e t at suc crac*in' occurred in sy)pat y -it %ul'in' t at ad affected t e 'a%le -all in t e past and necessitated t e re%uildin' of t at elevation. Pointin' to t e front elevation is 'enerally of an older style %ut is in reasona%le condition. We noted at t e front ri' t corner of t e property still %o-s out-ards sli' tly. R%0ht ;an# E'e.at%"n We ave already discussed t at t is elevation as %een re%uilt at least to its outer face. " e -all still appears to s o- si'ns of so)e distortion %ut it -as pro%a%ly difficult to re%uild it perfectly vertical. 2ive -indo-s are present to t is elevation and t e %ric*-or* to t ese appears to rest on t e AP>C fra)es. 4ou s ould clarify -it t e vendor - et er )etal lintels -ere incorporated a%ove t ese -indo- openin's alt ou' -e suspect not.
