Director-Internal Bank Security Department (OG-7)


This is a senior management position reporting to Managing Director SBP-BSC and the incumbent shall be responsible for: Establishing integrated, seamless and state of the art security management systems and procedures at all premises of SBP and its offices of subsidiaries spread over major cities and towns all over the country. Maintaining overall security in the Bank by establishing and enforcing security and safety policies and procedures and ensuring their consistent implementation in SBP and its subsidiaries (SBP-BSC and NIBAF). Managing surveillance to ensure security of treasury, facilities, equipments, assets, personnel and stake holders. Developing awareness in the organization about safety and security measures and procedures Maintaining close liaison with law enforcement and other concerned agencies to ensure protective and preventive security measures. Eligibility Criteria Education Masters or equivalent with Engineering background would be a plus. Age Maximum 55 years on last date for submission of application. Experience Candidates with Army/Navy/Air Force background having retired at the rank of Brigadier or equivalent from the service, are eligible to apply provided they meet the educational criteria. Fully conversant with modern security enforcement methods, electronic surveillance techniques, tools and aids to improve and maintain security. Background of having previously used modern security equipment including electronic surveillance equipment in a related type of organization will be plus. 5 years management experience of security and proven track record in implementing business continuity plans/disaster management of armed forces or other large scale organizations. Strong leadership and communication skills. Compensation Negotiated Monetized salary within the approved Salary Scale of OG-7, commensurate with Package the experience and qualifications of the candidate. Medical facility for self, dependents (spouse & children) as per Banks rules. Car with fuel and drivers salary as per Banks rules. Staff Loans & other benefits, facilities and allowances as admissible under New Compensation & Benefits Structure as per Banks rules.
