Everyone wants a quick x. There is no magic pill. You can't get rid of lung cancer by simply eating broccoli. Your condition is probably the result of choices you have made that led up to this point, and it helps to understand what caused the condition in the rst place so you can make sure it doesn't happen again or continue to get worse. The answer to real health isn't about simply adding something to what you are presently doing... but more importantly what you take away. Health is body, mind and spirit. If ten years of intense stress turned into a physical condition, you can't just take an herb or pill. You have to address the cause of the stress and neutralize it in your life. I will try and help you with that, but you must ultimately heal yourself as a whole being- body, mind and spirit. This summary lists the most common causes, symptoms and what to take and do about them. This is a cheat sheet. Remember, simply taking some herbs isn't going to magically make you well if you continue to do what caused the condition. It is HIGHLY recommended you read the HEAL YOURSELF 101 DIET AND LIFESTYLE book and follow it's guidelines. If you do that, most of what you have will probably go away without even reading this. HOW TO USE THIS INFORMATION What you are about to read is a compilation of information I have been gathering for the last twenty years. It is totally up to date with the very latest ndings. Much of it has been tested on myself and others I know. This is just one category from over 600 I have been assembling, for a book I have been putting together over the years... an allencompassing health reference where anyone can look up their condition and see what to do about it. It's taken me years and I'm still not done. The way it's going, it will probably be a thousand page book. This is a massive undertaking. In the meantime, people are needlessly dying and struggling painfully with totally avoidable health conditions. I need to get what I have out there RIGHT NOW. So, even though I am not nished, I am sharing what I have so far. I have broken it into pertinent categories and tried to keep the explanations as short and too the point as possible. The most effective way to use this is to read the main DIET and LIFESTYLE bookl along with the category that best ts your condition. There may be several categories that should be read simultaneously because everything connects. Most people don't think much of the colon, liver and kidneys, but that's where it all backs up. You can't just put a cream on psoriasis and expect it to magically go away when all of your blood is toxic and just trying to push the toxins out through your skin. You need to clean the source, not the symptom.

HERBS AND SUPPLEMENTS


There will be listings of the best supplements and herbs to take for specic conditions. Supplements (vitamins, amino acids etc) should be taken at a specic dosage for the most part. But herbs are simply plants. How much you take is up to you. They are powders or liquid tinctures made from plants. You can't overdose on dandelion. But you CAN take too little to have an effect. As a general rule, tinctures are concentrated liquids that are more powerful than powders. But all you have to do is take more powder. It's that simple. Mix the powders in water or juice and take throughout the day. I will tell you where to get the herbs online and they will send them to you. Simply mix them in a bowl and start by taking a teaspoon in water 3x a day. If they are too bitter, add some raw honey or green stevia powder (a natural sweetener made from leaves). Don't use the white stevia, it's processed and rened. You can obviously get herbs in capsule form at the health food store, but at a considerable mark-up. herbs don't cost that much. That's the point of all this- to empower you with enough information to take your life into your own hands. Healing should not be expensive, clinical or painful. TIPS:
For example it might say take cherries for lycopene... but no fresh berries are available. Many health food stores have organic cherries in the freezer section. (30% of vitality is lost by freezing, but it's much better than nothing). You can also get some freeze-dried powdered berries from herb companies with most antioxidants still intact. It's not wise to get dried fruit though because the sugars are too concentrated... unless you soak them in water rst. Take stuff 3 or 4 x a day. Don't think just taking one tiny swallow a day is going to do anything. You drink giant sugary sodas all day that are full of chemicals and you don't think twice about it. Yet you are afraid to swallow a teaspoon of healthy herb. Amino Acids- yes you can take specic amino acids for specic conditions, but it's a lot easier to simply eat or drink something that naturally has lots of amino acids like chlorella, bee pollen, nutritional yeast, durian, etc.

HERB AND PLANT SAFETY


Get to know what plants are what. Plants and herbs are powerful, just like medicine. Start with the ones you know and avoid the ones you don't. Study and learn about the rest before taking them. Some plants are poisonous- for example- oleander- any part of the plant can kill almost instantly. Hemlock is poison. Then there are plants that can do miraculous things, but are harmful if not used correctly- these include poke, belladonna, lobelia, foxglove and jimson weed. Herbs can interact with prescription medicine. They can also interact with other herbs, making them stronger or weaker or prolong the effect. Pregnant women should be careful. Some herbs are uterine stimulants and could cause abortion... BUT other herbs can counteract that... so know your herbs and consult with a specialist rst. BODY BUILDING
I am not going to talk about how to lift weights. Im sure you already know all that. This is about how to be HEALTHY, strong and good looking. Just because somebody has big muscles does not mean they are healthy. Many bodybuilders and wrestlers die in their 40s. There is also a big difference in the muscle quality of a regular meathead and a raw foodist. Gorillas are 5 times stronger than a human and they are vegetarians. Many normal body builders have muscles, ligaments and tendons snapping off their bones because they arent built with the right materials. They have big uffy muscles built out of quick-x toxic elements, including animal protein, whey, dairy and chemicals. They get sick a lot, have lots of mucus, and much of the time are groggy, tired, aggresive, dopey, hazy, clogged up and slow. Their bodies smell of ammonia from all the meat and acidic wastes. Ammonia is seriously toxic and destructive to the body- it deforms DNA and causes cancer. Some bodybuilders even become impotent. Is this all worth it? Raw foodists on the other hand are full of energy yet calm, never get sick and are much stronger pound for pound. Yes the muscles take a bit longer to get big, but the quality of muscle ber is much stronger and dont pop off bones. My friend Matt and I are skinny compared to many of the lugheads at the gym, but while they huff and puff and make funny faces trying to pull 300 pounds, Im right next to them pulling 400, yet my muscles are no where near as big and Im not even making funny faces. I know its more about looking strong than actually being strong, but I dont think I look weak. I guess the comparison would be Bruce Lee instead of Arnold Schwarzenegger. I think looking ripped, lean, fast and furious is more exciting and sexier than someone who looks like they couldnt move fast if their life depended on it. Id rather be a lion or cheetah instead of a gorilla or elephant any day. A great benet to living on a living foods raw diet is not having to spend as much time in the gym as a regular person who overeats and doesn't live healthy. The reason many vegetarians and raw vegans are so skinny and have problems gaining muscle size and weight is because they are low in stomach acid and can't digest the tough cellulose ber . It's all connected. For example, iron is required by red blood cells to carry oxygen. But proper levels of stomach acid (HCL) are required for proper absorption of minerals like iron and calcium... and most people's stomach acids are too weak to do the job properly. That's why we get gas- because the food doesn't properly digest so it ferments and rots. So low stomach acid levels end up making us anemic, makes our bones brittle, lets parasites pass through and even makes our hair turn grey. Low stomach acid levels means food doesn't get digested which means nutrients don't get absorbed which means nutritional deciencies which leads to skinny grey haired people. That's why many vegetarians and even raw foodists are so skinny- they are not chewing their greens well enough and their stomach acid levels are too low to digest the tough

cellulose to let the nutrients through. That's why blending is so important. It breaks apart all the tough cells allowing the powerful nutrition from the raw food out and into our bodies. The ber is liquied which means less work for our bodies to digest. Skinny people who raised their stomach acid levels got their weight back. All because the stomach acid allowed food to be digested better so more nutrients were absorbed. ENZYMES- especially Protease which helps break down protein Sunlight helps muscles grow- expose genitals for testosterone Fast. (as in not eating- I know it sound counterproductive, but read on) Muscle mass gain, health and nutrient absorption is improved with those who don't eat one day a week (juices or water only) Studies show when a person fasts for 24 hours there is no decrease in cell protein. The body eats up fats during a fast, but it will spare protein. Fasting revitalizes the sex and endocrine glands and normalize hormone production and increases the production of growth hormone, a side benet of which is reversing the aging process. Fasting rejuvenates digestive systems, makes assimilation more efcient again which helps underweight people gain weight again. Sure some weight is lost, but most of it is fat, and muscle gain is twice as much after eating resumes again. This means people who fast have bigger muscles and less fat :-) Again- if you fast (dont eat solid food) one day a week and give your body a rest, your muscles grow twice as fast the next day/week. Every noticed how much better you feel after a good nights sleep and how much more energy you have the next day? Your muscles are the same way ! Some people get sick when they fast. These people are often overweight and really toxic. When the ability of the liver to detoxify is exceeded, the excess toxins are converted in to fat for storage until they can be processed by the liver. When these people fast, the body breaks down the fat as a fuel source and the stored toxins are released back in to the bloodstream. If this happens too fast and the person isnt doing bowel cleansing to immediately usher the released toxins out the back door, they get overburdened with the released toxins and get sick. Bowel cleansing is so important.

That is step one ! All of the toxins and their metabolites need to be eliminated, which will be primarily though the intestines. Second step is liver cleansing- by taking bitter herbs and letting them touch the tongue. If you are on medication, consult health care practitioner, do not just do water. Children under 12 are not recommended to fast. Surprise the muscles- vary exercise. Dont keep doing the same routine every time you go to the gym. Youre boring the heck out of your muscles, just like YOU would get tired and bored doing the same exact thing at work every day. It can actually drain you instead of power you up. Keep it fresh and exciting ! Another surprising discovery is that going to the gym every day is actually counterproductive. Your muscles need time to heal and grow and your cells need time to rid themselves of metabolic wastes, which increase dramatically for bodybuilders. The latest generation of bodybuilders is nding that working out less leads to better results. My friend Dan only works out twice a week and hes huge. You can see him on my Youtube site. At least do every other day, (4 days a week) not every day.

EXERCISE IS IMPORTANT !
Exercise helps to keep the blood moving, which aids in waste removal. The lymphatic system, which also removes wastes and excess water, is also enhanced by exercise as it requires the vascular system to work properly. Exercise helps with stress reduction and immune stimulation. It is also essential for the formation of bone. Bone is piezoelectric and requires physical stresses, such as exercise, to mineralize the collagen matrix through electrodeposition. When people are bed ridden for example they lose bone density due to the lack of physical stress on the bone tissue.

DONT OVERWORK YOURSELF


And nally, all that hard-earned nutrition you are gobbling up is not going to do any good unless your body can absorb it- and THATS the big key factor to success. Its not really the fuel you are taking in as much as the CLEANING OUT that makes the big difference. You can put super gasoline in a car but if its all rusted out and gummed up, that car isnt going to work right. You need to clean it out ! Your nutrition gets into your bloodstream and body through your intestinal walls , and if youve been living the modern typical lifestyle of our foods (bread, pasta etc), dairy, cheese, meat, pizza, etc, then your intestinal lining is coated with a hard mucoid plaque that doesnt allow stuff to get through. You could actually be starving yourself despite eating all the best food in the world. The rst step is a serious cleansing- enemas or colonics, and ber. And then lots of probiotics and cultured, fermented foods. THIS IS SO IMPORTANT !!!!

CULTURED AND FERMENTED FOODS


There are good bacteria and bad bacteria in your body. The healthy stuff (probiotics) help ght bad stuff and also break down food- BUT- they are usually outnumbered because of modern lifestyle and food choices. If you really want to increase the absorption of protein in your system, then you need to up your intake of LIVE cultured foods. (raw sauerkraut, ker, acidophilus etc). Those expensive dry powder capsules you buy the health food store are many times useless. These are living things- and they sit on the shelf in the store for a long time, suffocating inside those capsules with no air or moisture... how long do you think they can stay alive like that? The best probiotics are ones sold in glass bottles in liquid form. Ker is one of the best- and you can make your own ! And once you start a culture, you can keep re-using it for free ! Thats what I do - I put ker grains in coconut water and always have a supply available every day. Probiotics can increase the bioavailabilty of protein by as much as 100X !!!

WHAT IS KEFIR AND HOW DO YOU MAKE IT ?


Ker is a bunch of bacteria and yeasts that are really good for us and helps our body ght bad bacteria and yeasts. We need a lot of it in our digestive tract. Its very easy to grow in your kitchen and once you get it started, you have an endless lifetime supply. There are 2 kinds- MILK KEFIR that you grow in cow, goat or coconut milk... and WATER KEFIR, that you grow in fruit juice or coconut water. These are living breathing powerful all natural antibiotic organisms that feed and multiply. You buy the grains and plop them in a jar of sweet natural liquid and within a day or two you have a fermented healthy substance to help ght illness and digestive problems.

INSTRUCTIONS
In glass jar, add the ker culture to the appropriate liquid (coconut milk, coconut water, fruit juice, raw goat milk, etc) Top with paper towel or cloth and rubber band so it can breathe (do NOT seal airtight or it will explode!) GET PLENTY OF REST !!!


Healing and muscle building takes place when we are asleep. Professional bodybuilders only do 3 things- work out, eat and SLEEP as much as possible. Go to bed early- like 10 pm- NEVER past midnight. Most natural healing takes place between 10 pm and 1 am.

LACTIC ACID
We all know working our muscles creates lactic acid (lactate). Yes, exercise does produce acidity. But the body is an amazing recycling center. Some of the lactate will be converted back in to glucose. In turn the glucose will used for the production of more energy. The majority of the lactate though will actually be used itself as fuel for the muscles and brain. Acids also protect us from bacteria, viruses, mold, fungus and yeast. Too much working out can produce too much lactate though. Do you know what removes lactate from our bodies? Oxygen. Nature is so perfect. After working or exercising really hard, what are we doing? Breathing really heavy. Amazing how thats all thought out huh? So one of the best things you can do after heavy exercises is deep breathing.

OXYGEN
Back in the 80s the Russians were experimenting with oxygen for improving athletic performance of their Olympic athletes. These were basically solutions of water containing vitamins and minerals that were also infused with oxygen. I am not sure if they were using ozone, peroxides or what. Anyway, they found that oxygen would absorb 40% faster through the stomach than through the lungs. So they would give these to their athletes during training to quickly remove the lactate from the systems so they could train harder and longer. We do something similar here, but we give our athletes the extra oxygen through hyperbaric training. Anyway, the point is that I think you will get the best results from ozonating your water and drinking it immediately for the same reason. Of course for that would would need an ozone machine and an oxygen machine, which isnt cheap, but just letting you know. Oxygen is actually absorbed into our bodies faster through the stomach than through our lungs. CLEAN YOUR LIVER

This is one of the most important steps because the liver not only lters and cleans your body, but iproduces hormones, and glucose, your bodys energy supply which you need for working out and healing. The liver also produces growth hormones, especially insulin growth factor (IGF) and epidural growth factor (EGF). I suggest you read the liver ebook. I sell a liver formula to help keep it clean.

NITRIC OXIDE
Allows blood to circulate with less force. Raising nitric oxide levels in hypertensive patients can lower blood pressure by 10 to 60 points. Its great for athletic and sexual performance. It helps prevent dangerous clots (lessens clotting) reduces arterial plaque by 50% by reducing inammation in artery walls by inhibiting the passage of monocytes, a type of immune cell into the artery wall that promotes inammation Nitric Oxide can't be measured very easily because it disappears almost instantly when exposed to air. It can't be taken in supplement form because it's a gas. But people can take supplements that help increase nitric oxide in blood vessels. -L-Arginine- 2,000 to 3,000 mg twice a day totalling 4,000 to 6000 a day -L-Citrulline- arginine doesn't enter cells well unless combined with L-Citrulline. Melons and cucumbers are good sources but don't provide enough to signicantly increase nitric oxide levels -400-600 mg daily -Vit E to help Vit C helps -aerobic exercise at least 20 min 3x a week -cut or minimize saturated fats- meats, butter, whole milk- contributes to arterial plaque Better- olive oil, sh and ax- raise benecial HDL and lower bad LDL -more ber- fruits and vegetables lowers blood pressure and LDL and raises LDL. -drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to help ber move through your system properly There are a few supplements that can help though with strength and endurance. For example the herb tribulus terrestris raises testosterone to help increase muscle mass. Suma helps the cells to utilize oxygen more efciently. And carnitine is a great amino acid for boosting energy levels. It works by moving fats in to the mitochondria to be burnt as fuel. Extra zinc is a good idea, especially with the high protein diet to help reduce the risk of prostate issues. Make sure the zinc is taken with a large meal or youll feel bad. Take around 50 mg a day.

ARGININE-essential amino acid, boosts growth hormone and regulates the thymus
for immune health. For athletes and body builders, arginine increases muscle while lowering appetite and burning fat. It helps heal skin and wounds, blocks tumors from

forming and increases sperm mobility and reproductive functioning. Boosts nitric oxide (NO) for circulation and sexual function in men AND women. Controls degeneration of body cells. BRANCH CHAIN AMINO ACIDS- (BCAAs)


Leucine Isoleucine Valine ( must be taken together in balanced proportion) converts to ATP > energy and muscle metabolism. Great for rebuilding and repairing the body's tissues. Great for anorexics.

CHROMIUM- is a safe way to convert body fat to muscle. For dieters, it curbs
appetite and raises metabolism. Nutritional Yeast, honey, whole grains, grapes, raisins.

CHROMIUM PICOLINATE- combination of chromium and picolinic acid, a


substance secreted by the liver and kidneys. Picolinic acid is the world's best mineral transporter. It helps build muscles without steroid side effects. 200mcg daily.

CLA- CONJUGATED LINOLEIC ACID- an essential fatty acid- CLA converts the
most energy from the least amount of food making it popular among athletes, increasing muscle mass and burning fat. Inhibits body fat storage by increasing the use of fat reserves for energy. As other fatty acids, CLA has powerful antioxidants for immunity and shows remarkable results in lowering cholesterol. Found in stuff like coconut oil and raw butter

CREATINE- (not highly recommended because of kidney issues) (methyl guanidineacetic acid) is made naturally in the human liver as creatine phosphate. It is formed when the amino acids arginine, methionine and glycine combine in body (also found in red meat and sh) Creatine Monohydrate is used by bodybuilders to get bigger and have more stamina. It creates an electrolyte imbalance... it pulls water from other parts of the body and forces muscles to retain too much water, leading to dehydration and possible kidney problems. Drink lots of water if using this stuff and do NOT mix with fruit juice or it turns into creatinine, a metabolic waste product , and denitely do not mix with caffeine. Creatine is a phosphorus donor, which helps in the regeneration of ADP in to ATP. Although the average person gets way more than enough phosphorus in their diets. And too much phosphorus will lead to a breakdown of bone tissue. I have also heard that creatine does not do much for muscle development, but rather it makes the muscles look larger due to its ability to retain water. Beyond that there is very little known about its safety. There is some concern that it can lead to muscle cramping and even kidney damage. I dont recommend using this stuff.

CARNITINE- amino acid made in the liver and kidney, found mainly in meat (hence
the name). It burns away fat to produce energy. If you're low in carnitine, you are tired

a lot, gain weight, have high cholesterol and a weakened heart. Helps prevent heart disease for people obsessed with eating meat. Prevents fatty build up in heart. Good for the gym to prevent muscle damage and delay lactate burn. May help patients with kidney failure who are on dialysis. Carnitine also specically helps male infertility (increases sperm count and mobility)

LYSINE- essential amino acid- good for skin collagen, hormones, enzymes,
osteoporosis, Parkinsons, Alzheimers, hypothyroidism, and is the primary treatment for herpes virus. Can be used topically or internally. Helps rebuild muscle and repair tissue after injury, surgery or working out. Important for calcium absorption for healthy bones.

ORNITHINE- a free-radical scavenging amino acid that works w arginine and carnitine
to burn fat, produce growth hormone, build muscle, repair tissue, build immune strength, aid endurance, helps the liver metabolize fat

TAURINE is an amino acid that's also essential to maintaining vigorous


muscle function.

TYROSINE- builds adrenaline and thyroid stores. Increases libido. A growth hormone
stimulant. Quick brain energy.

GINSENG **** (see Ginseng) NUTRITIONAL YEAST- one of the best sources of B-complex, high in minerals,
protein, all the essential amino acids, and nucleic acid. at least 2 heaping tablespoons daily for energy boost. Put on your salads or over any food. Tastes kinda like cheese

PHOSPHORUS- the second most abundant body mineral, phosphorus increases


muscle performance, brain oxygenation and cell reproduction. Antacids rob us of phosphorus.

RIBOSE- a simple sugar needed for ATP energy for heart and muscles. Great for
people who use oxygen faster than the bloodstream can provide. (people w heart issues etc)

SULPHUR- is critical to protein absorption. eggs, sh, onions, garlic, hot peppers and mustard. Pine needles are also a great source

Ginkgo Biloba is a circulatory stimulant with energizing effects for body motion and
thought activity, improves athletic performance quick results- a great start for any day

ANTHOCYANIDINS
avonoids found in red wine, grape juice and grapes, blackberries, cherries, cranberries, blueberries(the richest food source), raspberries, billberries, white pine and hawthorn herb. They strengthen connective tissue like skin, tendons, ligaments, and bone matrix. A very good choice for athletes who experience excessive free radical damage to connective tissue. Many people talk about DHEA, but it may cause pimples, hair loss, facial hair, irritability. It causes liver cancer in rats. It has a molecular structure very similar to cortisone which was also considered a wonder drug until it was discovered it was maiming and killing people. It cannot take animal protein and simply plug it into our cells- our body has to break down meat into a liquid state (that's a LOT of work!), and then break it way down to basic amino acid molecules... then reassemble them into HUMAN form protein bonds that only a human body can use. This takes a lot of energy and time and is an inefcient way of getting protein. Add to that the fact that animal products (including dairy) makes our body acidic and also are lled with hormones, antibiotics, steroids and raised on cheap unhealthy animal feed. Even if the animal was raised organic, it's natural hormones are not meant for human use. A cow has hormones that make it grow fast to weigh thousands of pounds. When we eat this, it makes things in US grow fast- like cancer. Animal products are a foreign protein and foreign proteins are the base for most disease in the human body. Add to that the alien fast-growing hormones and you have a recipe for disaster. Consumption of strange undigestable proteins and runaway sugars may be among!the causes of most disease. HEALTHY NON-MEAT SOURCES OF PROTEIN:


First- do NOT take Whey or Soy !!! Both are bad for you. Whey is dairy. Soy is toxic. Where do horses, apes, elephants, buffalo etc get their protein and muscles from ?

Grass and Greens. There is some serious power in that green stuff. Since we are lazy and don't CHEW our food like a horse or cow does, the best way for humans to get the most out greens is to throw the stuff in a blender. BZZZT- instantly digested and all the cellulose broken apart for us. (Vitamix is the best blender) The wild chimpanzee diet is probably the closest thing to what we should be eating, and Victoria Boutenko wrote a book about it "Green for Life". Basically, chimps eat mainly half fruit and half green stuff. They eat a few seeds, avoid nuts and only eat roots when there is nothing else to eat ( for us that would be carrots, beets, turnips, etc) SO- bottom line- you can get your protein from a blender drink of strawberries and Kale, or banana and Romaine, or mango and spinach etc. (see blender ideas later in book) The truth is that the body can only utilize around 90 grams (roughly 3 ounces) of protein daily. Even extreme athletes only require a little over 100 grams of protein a day. Any excess is broken down and eliminated as urea. Too much protein is not only useless to us, but harmful. All that extra protein the body cant handle must be broken down before elimination. Amino acids are based with ammonia, which is very toxic to the body. To prevent poisoning from the ammonia the body rst converts the excess ammonia in to uric acid. Uric acid forms very sharp crystals that can lodge in joints leading to a very painful form of arthritis called gout in some cases. A second possible problem is damage to the kidneys. In order to eliminate the uric acid it must be hydrolyzed with water to form urea, which is passed off in urine. If the crystals are not completely hydrolyzed though, the uric acid crystals can pass through the kidneys in their crystalline form. These crystals are extremely sharp and is like running glass shards through the kidneys. Therefore, the uric acid crystals can cut up the kidneys leading to kidney damage or failure. This is why it is so important to make sure you are drinking plenty of water when using protein supplements or for people on high protein, low carbohydrate diets. One of the biggest problems is antibiotics because they kill the good bacteria even easier than the bad, leaving people with not just weakened immune systems but also the inability to properly digest and assimilate food, which leads to undigested proteins in the bloodstream- the number one cause of allergies, autoimmune diseases all the way to cancer. Antibiotics are bad news and can lead to a lifetime of problems, even with people who eat right. Without healthy strong gut microbes, the body just cannot function as it should. Some

people never get their levels back up because things like stress, lack of proper rest, and toxins from modern life can keep it down. This can even be passed on to children, which are born with weak immune systems and lacking proper probiotic organisms. Simply taking candida-killing herbs isn't going o do much, in fact it could make things worse because like antibiotics, they also kill the good bacteria. Products containing the enzymes cellulase and hemicellulase will actually starve out the flora and end up feeding the Candida as well as raising blood sugar. The answer isn't to "kill", it's to take away the "bad" guy's food supply (stop eating bread, our, grains and sugar, including fruit juices) and only feed the good guys. Probiotic ora love ber, like rice bran, apple ber, FOS (fructooligosaccharides- made from chicory root), Guar gum, konjac gum, licorice root, inulin. Eat fruit but don't juice it. (too much concentrated sugar) So run, don't walk to your closest health store and buy PROBIOTICS. The best choice is the liquid kind because these are living cultures of organisms, packed with w little bit of food to keep them alive. Dry capsules are questionable. Who knows how long they've been on the shelf, suffocating in those little capsules. If there is no other choice, then get the dry powder, but try and get wet. When getting the liquid kind, try to get the nonmilk kind (soy or coconut water-based). KEFIR is another type of probiotic. You can even grow your own by buying ker grains or starter kits online or at health stores. Eat lots of cultured foods such as kefir, miso, tempeh, sauerkraut, etc. and a diet rich in vegetable fibers to feed the flora. You NEED more good guys in your system ! As a matter of fact, even sinus conditions are helped by the. Don't swallow or sniff bacteria-killing herbs up your nose- (sinus infections are usually fungal-based anyway, not bacterial or viral) The killing herbs also kill the probiotics in your head. That's why things often times get worse when taking killing herbs. The best thing is to sniff water with probiotics up your nose. For those taking anti-parasite herbs, it's important to take lots of probiotics at the end of the day (wait 4 to 6 hours for the parasite herbs to pass through or else they will kill the probiotics too. Probiotic ora; aka "gut microbes" are your very best friends. They are your 24 hour full service policemen, soldiers, plumbers, handymen and house cleaners. Honor them, respect them, keep them happy and feed them well. In return they will give you strength to help endure anything that comes your way and have a long healthy happy diseasefree life. They are not greedy, so they don't outwardly ask for much. When was the last tie you got a craving for ber? Be aware the next time you get a food craving, it's probably not the good guys sending you that signal. It's the greedy yeast, mold, fungus, bacteria, viruses and parasites asking for sugar, bread, cereal, pasta, rice, carbs and processed food, because that all turns into sticky unhealthy paste that does nothing but literally feed the bad guys. If you bloat after eating or feel tired, that's a sure sign you fed the

wrong guys. That means they are swelling up in numbers and overpowering your good bacteria. So again- know this is the start of most health issues we face. Feed the good, not the bad. This one statement alone will make more difference in your life than anything else.

Just like rebuilding a car (done right) , you need to rst strip down to the bare chassis, then only add new clean strong parts and good fuel. You cant just take a dirty toxic body and expect it to be a clean healthy muscular body simply by working out and taking supplements. You need to strip your body down and CLEAN OUT rst.
