IMPORTANT:
1. THE EXAMINATION WILL BE HELD AS PER TIlE PROGRAMME (THEORY AND
PRACTICAL) EVEN IF ANY OF TIlE DATE IS SUBSEQUENTL YDECLARED AS HOLIDAY.
2. THE TIMING FOR BlOLOGY (BOTANY &0 ZOOLOGY) THEORY EXAMINATIONS SHALL
BE OF 1WO HOURS.
3. ANY MISTAKE DETECTED SHOULD HOWEVER BE BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF THE
CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS IMMEDIATELY.

Copy forwarded to the Principals/Centre Superintendent of all Colleges / Examination
Centres for infonnation of all candidates of their respective institution and infonnation of all other
concerned with Annual Higher Secondary Examinations 2014. Principals are requested to make
allotment of candidates among groups and conduct Practical Examination in such a mimner that
there is no overlapping of subject for any group. The grouping arrangement made by the Principal
should be intimated to the External Examiners and Controller of Examinations at least two weeks
before the commencement of Practical Examinations. The Practical Examinations are to be
conducted only within the dat mentioned in this programme and of the fixed dates announced
by the Principals. In case of vi lation of stipulated dates the Council reserves the right to withhold
or cancel the result. Principals e also required to submit the Practical marks and Practical scripts
in the Council within 10 (ten days of completion of Practical Examinations. The Examiners of
Practical Examination should ubmit the marks and scripts to the Principal as soon as the Practical
Examination is over. Incase e Principals do not get the marksj scripts within the stipulated
period; they must intimate . s to Council. All Principals / Headmasters J Headmistresses are
requested to circulate this pro amme well in advance in their respective institutions.
Further, it has come t the notice of the Council that letters mentioning dates of Practical
Examinations to External E awners appointed by the Council are not intimated by some
Principals in time and other s bstitute External Examiners are appointed in their place. In the case
of delay communication to e Original External Examiners and alternative arrangements by the
Principal j Superinte dent will be viewed and the C;entre Superintendent will pe
held responsible for any acti taken by the COUIlcii in this regard.
