Title Payments Taxes Pumping Charges Validity of Offer Order Booking

Detail We shall be paid 100% advance payment against each pour by way of Cheque/Draft /L.C in favor of ESSENCE READY MIX CONCRETE, payable at Bangalore. Quoted Rates are inclusive of all taxes as applicable. Excluding pumping charge. The Rates quoted are valid for 15 days We shall be intimated about the requirement of concrete at least 4 days in advance so as to avoid any conflict arising in keeping our Commitment with our other customers. We shall be paid for the Quantity of concrete dispatched from our batching plant. Variation is basic prices of raw material and diesel up to 2% will be absorbed by us. In the event of any change in basic materials price beyond 2% or imposition of fresh levies/duties/taxes by the state or Central Government or due to market trend, subsequent to the date of this offer and during the contract period and extended period if any, the impact of same shall be paid to us extra. At our RMC plant, we will carry out Test for Slump & Compressive Strength Results of same will be made available to you after 28 days. The cubes will be filled in presence of your representative at our RMC plant if required. The same will be checked in presence of your representative (if required) at our laboratory having all the necessary and well calibrated equipments for the same. The cube test report of plant will be final binding of the strength of concrete. Adequate staging should be available at site for fixing the concrete pipeline to the desired location. Our scope of work does not involve spreading, vibrating, finishing or any other work beyond supply of concrete and pumping it (if required) to the desired locations. We are not responsible for defective design, shuttering or mishap during the placement. A. The transit mixers should be released with one hour of its reaching the site. B. Once concrete is ordered and batched in plant, and incase concrete is not utilized by client due to any reason, the value of such quantity shall be billed for & borne by the client. C.
