Transport facilities include:

1 Systems of road traffic, except independent cycling, walking and rural roads and open spaces
according to 2 paragraph 11,
2 Systems of rail transport,
3 Systems of air traffic.
45 Special foundations of the fee
(1) 41 shall apply accordingly.
(2) Chargeable services are for the phases 1 to 7 and 9 of Annex 12 for traffic installations:
1 the cost of earthworks including rock works up to 40 percent of the other eligible costs referred to in
paragraph 1 and
2 10 percent of the cost of civil engineering structures, where the Contractor is not the same benefits
under 46 are transmitted for these engineering structures.
(3) Chargeable are for services of phases 1 to 7 and 9 of 46 in streets with a plurality of through lanes if
they have a common design axis and a common Entwurfsgradiente, as well as track-and platform
systems with two tracks when a common subgrade have, only the following percentages of the costs
determined under paragraphs 1 and 2:
1 three-lane roads at 85 percent,
2 70 percent at four-lane roads,
3 more than four-lane road 60 percent,
4 in track-and platform systems with two Gleisen90 percent.
46 power image transport facilities
(1) Clauses 1 and 2 of 33, paragraph 1 shall apply accordingly. They are evaluated in the following
table for traffic installations as a percentage of fees in 47:
1 for the power phase 1 (basic evaluation) with 2 per cent,
2 for power phase 2 (Preliminary) with 15 percent,
3 for the power phase 3 (preliminary design) with 30 percent,
4 for the performance of Phase 4 (planning permission) with 5 percent,
5 for the performance of Phase 5 (detailed design) with 15 percent,
6 for the performance of Phase 6 (Preparation of tender) with 10 percent,
7 for the performance of phase 7 (Participation in the award) with 5 percent,
8 for the performance of Phase 8 (construction management) with 15 percent,
9 for the power stage 9 (Property maintenance and documentation) with 3 percent.

(2) The individual performance of each performance period are set out in Annex 12.
(3) 35 and 36, paragraph 2 shall apply accordingly.
47 Fees for services for traffic installations
(1) The minimum and maximum rates of fees for the services listed in 46 for traffic installations are set
out in the following table fee for the application of 44:

Section 2: Free plants
37 Special foundations of the fee
(1) The allowable costs for services for outdoor areas in addition to the expected cost of foreign investments and the costs for the
following buildings and facilities, as far as she plans and supervises the contractor:
1 Single waters with predominantly ecological and landscape design elements,
2 Ponds without dams,

3 areal earthworks for landscaping,

4 simple culverts and embankments not claim benefits under Part 4 are required as a means to landscaping, to the extent
5 Noise barriers as a means of landscaping,
6 Retaining structures and ground traffic load without outriggers as a means of landscaping, if no services are required under Part
4,
7 Walkways and bridges, where no services are required under Part 4,
8 Ways without eligibility for regular vehicular traffic with simple drainage conditions, and other paths and paved areas that are
planned as a design element of outdoor installations and for the benefits under Part 3 are not required.
(2) Can not be the cost of services for outdoor areas for:
1 the building and the costs in 32 paragraph 3 and
2 the substructure and superstructure of pedestrian areas, excluding the costs for surface mounting.
(3) 11, paragraph 1 shall not apply to the calculation below 7500 euros eligible costs of the building. Paragraph 2 shall not apply
in so far.
38 power plants free image
(1) 33 section 1 sentence 1 shall apply with the exception of the discussion of the spatial extensions. The services for outdoor
areas are grouped into nine phases and evaluated as a percentage of the fees of 39 as follows:
1 for the power phase 1 (basic evaluation) with 3 percent,
2 for power phase 2 (Preliminary) with 10 percent,
3 for the power phase 3 (preliminary design) with 15 percent,
4 for the performance of Phase 4 (planning permission) with 6 percent,
5 for the performance of Phase 5 (detailed design) with 24 percent,
6 for the performance of Phase 6 (Preparation of tender) with 7 percent,
7 for the performance of phase 7 (Participation in the award) with 3 percent,
8 for the performance of Phase 8 (site supervision - supervision) with 29 percent and
9 for the power stage 9 (Property maintenance and documentation) with 3 percent.
(2) The individual performance of each performance period are set out in Appendix 11.
39 Fees for services for outdoor areas

(2) The allocation to the fee zones will be determined by evaluation criteria for the planning requirements:
1 Requirements for integration into the environment,
2 Requirements for protection, maintenance and development of nature and landscape,
3 Number of functional areas,
4 design requirements,
5 Supply and waste disposal facilities.
(3) If applicable for a free system evaluation criteria of several honorary zones and are therefore doubt as to which fees zone free
system can be assigned, the number of evaluation points shall be determined in accordance with paragraph 4, and the free facility
is associated with the following fees zones according to the sum of the features:
1 Honorary Zone I: Free systems with up to 8 points
2 Honorary Zone II: free plants with 9-15 points
3 Honorary Zone III: Free plants with 16 to 22 points,
4 Honorary Zone IV: Free plants with 23 to 29 points,
5 Honorary Zone V: Free plants with 30 to 36 points.
(4) The allocation of a free system to a fee band are according to the difficulty of planning requirements, the criteria as laid down in
paragraph 2, point 1, 2 and 4, each with up to 8 points, the criteria as laid down in paragraph 2, point 3 and 5, each with up to 6
points to evaluate.
