Directed 5S Lean Events for AH-64 Apache and CH-47 Chinook rotor head assembly. Coordinated with supply chain management to maintain improvements made during Lean Events. Created point of use storage units for tools, and shadowed kit carts for components. Member of team that performed analysis on various painting processes throughout the Airframe Paint Shop.
