WE NEED MORE WOMEN IN POWER Being a women, I feel very special and proud of myself.

In my opinion, I think being a woman is the utmost honourable gift one could possibly get. I strongly feel this way as I am a successful working-studying-woman-wife-mother-and daughter all at the same time. Besides that, I think playing my role in all of these character makes me think that this world needs more women in power. Before I go on much in my essay, I think that the world needs more women power particularly in the commanding force of a country also known as POLI I!". hroughout history, male leaders led us to violence and conflict. If a society was governed by female leaders, it would be more peaceful. I totally agree to this. #hat do you think$ %ere I would like to take this chance to let the reader of my essay as a &uestion to ponder on.

here are minor wars and conflicts in many parts of area nowadays, thus people are concerning whether we need more women leaders in order to provide harmony and safe environment. Personally, I disagree with this suggestion would rewrite the situation will bring a positive effect as we e'pected. In order to gain respect and power, female have to be tougher and aggressive as their counterpart does. hey have to present the capabilities such as viewing issues in a whole picture, willing to take advices from people with various backgrounds, and then making decisions correctly. %owever, people often have negative impression on these outstanding female, iron ladies or isolated, for instance which is not fair for them. In addition, the root of the problem is much deeper than gender. he chaos and violence may already e'ist which government should take actions to tackle it no matter of the gender differences of its leader. (ale and female rulers could both control the conflicts well if they introduce more effective policies and strategies and work cooperatively with relevant departments.

"ome say there should have more women with various backgrounds to be in charge of the administration. ake Burma)s newly elected female president as an e'ample, she introduces democracy to the nation and fights for human rights. Burmese)s history rewrite completed due to her efforts. If there were more female leaders, people would suffer less in some regions- (iddle *ast and "outheast +sia, for instance. In brief, a wise leader should contribute themselves to secure peace and harmony for its people. It is not ,ust for female leader who needs to be responsible for, but also the male one should put more efforts on the issue as well.
