The Government has recognized Information Technology (IT) as a major tool for speedy implementation and monitoring of various schemes and decisions in public interest. The Ministry is going to shift to the new building in which new Data Centre is to be established connecting all Thin Client Systems. The existing computers of i7, i5 and i3 configuration are to be shifted and installed in the new building. The existing data in the computers are also to be migrated to the particular Thin Client users. For day to day maintenance of Servers in the Data Centre, Storage, and Thin Client Systems and also to provide uninterrupted services, It has been decided to strengthen the IT Division and the following IT personnel are to be outsourced. The qualifications and work profile of the candidates proposed to be outsourced are as follows: 1. Programmer (1 No.) (Rs.28,000/- pm)

Qualification Educational Qualifications :MCA or B.Tech from a recognised University. Experience : Must have aMinimum Two years of relevant industry experience with Visual Basic .NET and Visual Basic 6, including the use of program classes and creation of DLLs; SQL Server databases, SQL, ADO.NET and Windows 2007 and above Server. Age Limit : Preferably between 22-35 years on the date of application. Work Profile Designing and developing innovative and practical technical solutions and applications/software. Testing, installing, evaluating and maintaining new systems and programs. Developing technical specifications.

Providing operation support for the existing software applications which are currently running in the Ministry. Provide support Project planning and reporting for the proposed and new application development. Assisting application development projects by providing advice and support in relation to Enterprise Application Integration (EAI). Thorough understanding of the design and implementation of management software, database management, enterprise application integration, program testing and business analysis. Good systems and process analysis skills. Must be a team player committed to working in a continuously improving and quality environment. 2. Assistant Programmer (1No.) (Rs.20,000/- pm)

Qualification Educational Qualifications :BCA with 2 Years of experience or B.Tech from a recognised University. Certification : Software Development course from a recognised University / Institute. Experience :Must have aMinimum 6 months of relevant industry experience with .NET or Java. Age Limit : Preferably between 22-35 years on the date of application. Work Profile Assist the Programmer in Designing and developing innovative and practical technical solutions and applications/software. Assist in providing operation support for the existing software applications which are currently running in the Ministry. Assist in providing support for project planning and reporting for the proposed and new application development. Assisting application development projects by providing advice and support in relation to Enterprise Application Integration (EAI). Must be a team player committed to working in a continuously improving and quality environment.

Field Maintenance Service Personnel (2 No.) (Rs.25,000/- pm)

Qualification Educational Qualifications :Degree / Diplomafrom a recognised University and possess good knowledge in computer hardware. Certification : Microsoft Certified or Cisco Certified. Experience :Must have aMinimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in hardware maintenance. Aptitude for hands-on work coupled with strong analytical skills. Age Limit : Preferably between 22-35 years on the date of application. Work Profile Provide Assistance for the problem faced in the Computer / Thin Clients installed the Ministry. Format and re-install the software in the Computers, Thin Clients, Laptops as when required. Provide assistance to the officers of the Ministry for any IT related services. Identifies and captures opportunities for improvement in equipment maintainability and reliability. Adapt maintenance tools and procedures to improve equipment utilization and reliability, and minimize service quality incidents. Keeps current with latest equipment, technologies, and maintenance methods. Promotes importance of data and service quality within maintenance community. Assists with development and coaching of officers of the Ministry. Supports System Administrator in planning for equipment and maintenance resources and correcting existing discrepancies. Ensures application of asset management and maintenance systems data and accurate, timely data entry and reporting. Participates in technical audits and compliance assessments, and follows up on closure of remedial action plans. Period: The services of above will initially be for a period of one year and are likely to be continued based on the performance.
