Functional Responsibility / Domain Related Provide support to a global Credit Analyst for monitoring and tracking performance of a portfolio of credits / transactions Track and understand industry dynamics and regulatory trends Track operational performance on regular basis, which include: evaluating country and macroeconomic risk competitive position strategy / execution / management profitability / peer comparisons Track financial performance on regular basis, which include: accounting financial governance and policies analysis of financial ratios and trends liquidity / short-term factors Prepare financial models historical and projections, conducting peer comparisons Respond to credit events Prepare internal credit research reports and notes Prepare publishable credit reports Process Adherence Adopt the defined processes in day to day execution of assignments Ensure that new knowledge gained is retained and documented through operating manuals Client Management / Stakeholder Management Build and maintain relationships with international clients

Functional Responsibility / Domain Related Provide support to a global Credit Analyst for monitoring and tracking performance of a portfolio of credits / transactions Track and understand industry dynamics and regulatory trends Track operational performance on regular basis, which include: evaluating country and macroeconomic risk competitive position strategy / execution / management profitability / peer comparisons Track financial performance on regular basis, which include: accounting financial governance and policies analysis of financial ratios and trends liquidity / short-term factors Prepare financial models historical and projections, conducting peer comparisons Respond to credit events Prepare internal credit research reports and notes Prepare publishable credit reports Process Adherence Focus on review / QC, adding analytical inputs, when required and signing off on tasks Create and maintain base level training, process manuals & documentation to ensure smooth execution of tasks Adopt the defined processes in day to day execution of assignments Identify process improvement avenues and identify value added work Client Management / Stakeholder Management Build and maintain relationships with international clients Independently handle client communication and take the lead on conference calls Set expectations with clients regarding scope of work, timelines, etc. for routine tasks People Development Provide analytical mentoring to junior members of the team Implement team level initiatives Familiarize new recruits to the team and organization

Position: Associate Department: Global Analytical Centre Data Strategy And Operations Grade: Associate (A)

Position Code: CC/GAC/2013/003 Location: Mumbai

Role: Functional Responsibility / Domain Related Work on basic financial data gathering, data enrichment and data maintenance through S&P or in-house databases Extract required data set from input / source document related to assigned tasks into required output template / applications Use given set of tools and systems to ensure timely delivery Upload / remove reports as required on S&P or in-house databases Work on data management, predominantly on MS Excel Process Adherence Maintain the integrity and quality of data Execute assigned tasks as per the instructions / guidelines and meeting required SLAs Ensure adherence to / compliance with performance tracking mechanism, policies / procedures of the organization Client Management / Stakeholder Management Manage communication as defined by delivery of assigned tasks

Skill Sets: Good oral and written communication skills Computer literacy especially MS Excel, MS Word and Internet Positive attitude with qualities of a team player Understanding of accounting & financial concepts and domain knowledge

Essential Qualification: Three years full time Graduation: B.Com / BMS / BBI / BAF

Prior Work experience: 0-1 years of prior relevant experience with a KPO / data related roles
