RELEASE FROM LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK (All Activities, All Recreational and Spectator Activities, and All

Injuries Occurring on or About the Premises However Caused) I hereby RELEASE Redwood Empire Ice Operations LLC, the Charles M. Schulz Museum and Research Center, Woodstock Ice Productions, Schulz Investment Limited Partnership, Redwood Empire Ice Arena LLC, and each entitys owners, employees, agents, officers, members, managers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors, independent contractors, coaches and instructors, volunteers, assigns and affiliated organizations, and, without any limitation or restriction, Jean F. Schulz individually (collectively referred to as REIO) from all actions, claims, liabilities or demands that I, my assignees, testate or intestate heirs, distributees, guardians and legal representatives now have or may hereafter have for injury or damage however caused, arising from any activities or use of REIO premises, facilities, services, or equipment (including skates and helmets). This RELEASE includes all injury or damage resulting from my participation in any athletic, recreational or spectator activity on REIO property or premises, or engaged in or conducted by REIO, and all injury or damage relating to my medical or health conditions, and emergency response by REIO. This Release includes, but is not limited to, all liability for damages resulting from active or passive negligence of REIO and includes, without limitation, all recreational-related injuries, as well as spectator injuries. This Release is to be interpreted consistent with Civil Code Section 1668, and therefore does not exempt REIO from responsibility for their own fraud, or willful injury to the person or property of another, or violation of law, whether willful or negligent. I also release REIO to the fullest extent allowed by law, consistent with the provisions stated above, from all actions, claims, liabilities or demands arising from or relating to any and all injuries, property damage, loss or theft arising from the use or occupancy of REIO premises, including the Ice Arena, Gift Shop, Museum, and other premises owned or operated by REIO, whether or not resulting from recreational or spectator activities. This includes, but is not limited to, slips, trips and falls, and injuries or losses occurring in parking lots. THIS IS INTENDED TO BE A COMPLETE RELEASE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW OF ANY LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY LOSS/DAMAGE HOWEVER CAUSED, WHILE ON OR ABOUT REIO PREMISES, INCLUDING THE USE OR OCCUPANCY OF REIO PREMISES, OR REIO EQUIPMENT OR SERVICES, AND INCLUDING DAMAGE CAUSED BY RECREATIONAL OR SPECTATOR ACTIVITIES, CONSISTENT WITH THE PROVISIONS STATED ABOVE. I AM AWARE THAT ICE SKATING, FIGURE SKATING, ICE HOCKEY AND OTHER ICE ACTIVITIES; AND ROLLER BLADING, ROLLER SKATING, ROLLER HOCKEY, BROOM BALL; AND SOFTBALL, BASEBALL, AND OTHER SOFTBALL-RELATED ACTIVITIES POSE HAZARDS TO PARTICIPANTS AND SPECTATORS. I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL ACTIVITY, INCLUDING SPECTATOR AND PARTICIPANT ACTIVITY, AND THE USE AND OCCUPANCY OF REIO PREMISES, OR USE OF REIO EQUIPMENT OR SERVICES, IS DONE VOLUNTARILY AND WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGER INVOLVED AND I HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT ANY AND ALL RISKS OF INJURY.
