Macros
WARNING: Always enable macros in your version of Excel before entering data into the TDS. Failure to enable macros will result in loss of ALL data entered upon Save or Save As operation.
TDS Structure
The TDS is divided into several tabs. Each tab contains data entry fields to be individually filled in during the acceptance testing of the radio path. One TDS is required per path end, per Radio Channel If multiple RF channels are being provisioned, use separate TDS's for each end of each Radio Channel.
Note : See Table of Content tab "1-TOC" for specific TDS tab description.
TDS Modification
The TDS will be modified to reflect the agreement between ALU and the customer. The DPM will perform the following: Task 1 2 3 4 Description Apply Customer Logo to all pages of the TDS. Add Customer Approval Name on Title page. Color all Non-Applicable tabs "red" Add tabs as needed after "20-RFC2544" tab. A blank tab is provided at the end of the TDS to function as a template for adding tabs.
Note: No entry fields may be added on existing tabs. No tabs can be
inserted before "20-RFC2544" tab. Upon completion of the TDS modifications, the DPM will: Task 1 2 3 4 Description Secure customer approval of modified TDS. Archive approved TDS in FST. Archive Customer TDS Approval in FST. Distribute approved TDS to appropriate team members.
The following are guidelines for modifications to the TDS: The final TDS must be a trade off between too much and too little information The smaller the TDS, the more efficiently it will be completed by field personnel It is strongly advised to translate the TDS into the customer's and field personnel's language TDS for 9500MPR-A Release 3.2
Field Entry
The Field Technician is responsible for completing the following field entries: data entries screenshots photos
NEVER USE CUT & PASTE to fill in cells! Many cells include a formula and/or conditional formatting. Cut and paste into one of these cells will override the formula and/or conditional formatting.
Warning : Each field must be filled in separately!
The following table describes shaded field definitions: When the entry field is shaded ... gray gray Then the field ... is not applicable and no entry is required. contains an entry which is either out of range or is in conflict with data entry in another field on the tab. requires entry. contains an entry which is either out of range or is in conflict with data entry in another field on the tab. is complete. auto populates from entry on another cell in the TDS.

Issue Reporting
To report an issue with this TDS, contact the DPM responsible for the project. Provide the DPM with the following information: TDS document number TDS Edition number Tab number Cell number Detailed description of the issue and/or concern
TDS Approval
The TDS will be submitted and approved following the process outlined on tab "3A-Process Cont".

File submitted to FST shall use the following file naming convention, replacing the words "site location" with the actual site names. File naming convention: Site location A-Site location B-path#.revison# Title of Document
Milestone #
The table below defines the milestone numbers used to submit TDS's to FST. Milestone # 905.0 905.5 Description Vendor's TDS submission to FST Auditor's/DPM approved TDS submission to FST
The following are examples of FST files names: Example 1: Pequop-Wells TDS (This is the vendors original FST submission.) Example 2: Pequop-Wells.1 TDS (This is a vendor's second FST submission.) Note: If there are multiple radios on the same path a "-1" or "-2", etc. should be added to the end of the path name. Example 3: Wells-Pequop-2 TDS (This is the 2nd radio on this path.) Example 4: Pequop-Wells-2.1 TDS (This is the second radio on this path, first revison.)
The following table describes the process for the vendor to submit the completed TDS to FST for approval. Step 1 2 Description Vendor names TDS file per 'File naming convention'. Vendor uploads TDS file to FST. Vendor will upload the file to the FST server under the Documents section of the appropriate site in task 905.0 for the 1/2 path the TDS applies to. Note: TDS's must be uploaded to FST within (3) business days radio testing completion. TDS for 9500MPR-A R3.3.0
The following table describes the process for the auditor to review a submitted TDS for approval. Step 1 Description Auditor reviews TDS adherence to ALU & project standards. Auditor to download TDS file, review all data, and note any defects in an email. The subject line should indicate: Site location A-Site location B TDS defects For example: Pequop-Wells TDS defects If defects are assessed, the auditor should describe each defect and the suggested corrective action in the email. 2 *If the TDS has NO defects assessed, then the auditor will move the document from 905.0 to 905.5
The following table describes the process for the vendor to submit a corrected TDS to FST for approval. Step 1 Description Vendor Reviews Defect Email from Auditor / DPM If vendor has any objections to the assessed defects, they should address these in email or by phone to the auditor. Note: Objections noted by the vendor or lack of response by the auditor does not extend the due date of the corrective actions by the vendor. It is solely the vendor's responsibility to make contact with the auditor. All corrective actions must be completed within the allotted (10) business days. 2 Vendor Downloads TDS with Defect(s) and make Correction(s). Vendor will download the TDS file, make the applicable correction(s) to the defect(s) and re-take screen shots, re-run tests, correct radio configurations, etc. Note: All corrective actions to be submitted at one time. 3 Step 3. Vendor Renames TDS File per 'File naming convention'. The vendor shall change the file name to make path name end in ".1" to represent the 1st revision. 4 Vendor Uploads TDS File to FST. Vendor uploads corrected TDS file to 905.0 Note: Vendor should complete corrective actions and re-upload TDS to FST within (10) business days of initial auditor findings. Audit process repeats until all defects are corrected and auditor / DPM moves TDS to 905.5 TDS for 9500MPR-A R3.3.0
