Text Responses Question: What are your suggestions for improving the course assignments, exams or activities? nothing grade a little bit easier ok class not my favorite the essays that we were more on our own need to be improved Very difficult, but I learned alot rhetorical responses were a lot of work for how much they were worth the whole class workshop other workshops retorical responses exept for the 1st one Question: Faculty / student interaction: What worked well? everything in-class things Meetings were great and very helpful. very helpful with essays the forced office hours thing reading table class discussions Question: What are your suggestions for improving faculty-student interactions? nothing no suggestions I wish he was able to teach without being stressed about the huge amount of writing which he does outside of class. grading seemed sporadic.. i'd work extremely hard on an assignment and get a C then try not as hard and get an A.. I never knew what made the difference in my work other than when I tried it was not appreciated. i felt like our grades were discrimanated against after the first essay/ 1st retorical response/writing history Question: What are your suggestions for improving the instructors organization or the structure of the course? nothing the grade system...on the last day of class i still don't know what my ovoerall grade is make rhetorical responses worth more or make them easier.. they really took a lot longer than they should have. idk

Question: Learning: What worked well in this course that helped you learn? everything Tyler Branson is awesome! just writing over and over again helped find my style and therefore made writing easier for me than before i took the course workshops idk Question: What are your suggestions for improving learning in this class? nothing none more time for RR, or less time commitment for them idk Question: Assignments/exams/course activities: What worked well? everything essays portofolios worked well they were all the same...they were all essays so the ones with more intense revision processes worked well His feedback on each of the essays were really beneficial to my writing. My writing skills definitely improved because of this class. Class workshops and review gave a lot of good feedback to help us improve our writing. The assignments were very difficult,but I have nothing to compare them to. workshops for essays the reading table Question: Organization and structure: What worked well? everything basically the whole set up brainstorming was good for essays reading tables
