1)Report to the examination venue FIFTEEN MINUTES before start of the examination. Candidates should in all matters follow the instructions and ruling of the Centre-In charge, whose decision shall be final in all matters of dispute. 2)A CANDIDATE WHO IS LATE FOR THE EXAMINATION BY MORE THAN 30 MINUTES WILL NOT BE ADMITTED. 3)Certificate of attendance column is available in hall ticket against each paper number. Candidate has to take confirmation from centre in charge about his/her attendance in the column provided in hall ticket. No request for separate certificate will be entertained; either by the III or by the Associated Institute. 4)Candidate has to carry the printed hall ticket at the examination venue. In case the photo printed on hall ticket is not clear or does not match with the appearance of candidate, a copy of approved photo id to the satisfaction of center in charge will have to be submitted before start of exam. In such case candidate should carry original photo id also for verification. 5)Before start of exam, make sure that you have received the correct question set (paper). You are allowed to appear only for the subjects mentioned in the Hall Ticket. 6) a)No candidate will communicate with any other candidate during the course of examination. b)No candidate will leave allotted seat except with the permission of the Invigilator. c)Booked slot for examination will not be changed in any circumstances. d)Candidate has to confirm the paper submission from the test administrator after the completion of exam. e)Candidate can see the result on the screen after successful submission of responses and completion of exam. f)Final result will be declared by Insurance Institute of India within fifteen working days after the completion of examination cycle. 7)Candidates are not permitted to keep any reading material, mobile phones etc. with them in the examination hall and/or use of mathematical tables (except those supplied by the Institute for use in the examination hall) etc. during the examination. Possession of the above mentioned or like items would be construed as adoption of unfair means. a)The use of simple calculator only is permitted during the course of answering the paper. Scientific calculators, programmable calculators on mobile devices etc. are not allowed. However, the Institute does not take any responsibility for providing such calculators. b) Candidates may carry drinking water bottle for self-use. 8)The Board of Education is of the view that serious punishment should be awarded to candidates who resort to unfair means. Accordingly candidates who do so run the risk of being temporarily or permanently debarred from sitting at further examinations of the Institute by the Board of Education or the Authority empowered in this behalf.
