edu 2/25/2013 To whom it may concern: For many years, I have been playing baseball with the ultimate objective of coaching and leading young adults to further their careers in the sport. I am applying for the Assistant Baseball Coach position. I am well qualified for this position; I played baseball high school and collegiate level, and have seventeen years of experience under my belt. In High School, I was used as a utility player, understanding all the basics of each position, knowing where to go, and where the play would go if the ball came to me. At East Texas Baptist University I was a pitcher only. I was the go to closer my freshman year and in my sophomore year I was moved to the set up position. While in High School, I was used as a scout for the Varsity team while injured or on Junior Varsity. My J.V. coach would use me as a pitch caller my sophomore and junior year, and while on the field he trusted me enough to lead the infield making sure that they knew where to go. To further my goals as a coach, I will be emailing and contact all and any available positions to set up for an interview. My number, address, and email are listed above if you are interested in contacting me, and I would like to thank you for this wonderful opportunity. Sincerely yours, William Stevenson (Below is my resume)
