Globiz, the International Business Club of IMT Ghaziabad is organizing a gamut of events under
Passion, the annual management fest of IMT Ghaziabad, from 30th October to 2nd November 2009.

The events aim at testing the marketing and financial acumen of the budding managers of the country. A
brief detail of the events are as below:

Odyssey Tras Poseidon:

Posiedon and Odysseus were staunch enemies and still, Odysseus had to fight his way through the sea
for his journey. The aim is to check the potent of the candidates in using their grey cells to outsmart the
opponents in a simulated International Commodity Trading Game.

Crecer Diversas:
‘Crecer Diversas’ literally means Growing Diverse. So do you have it in you to grow and globalize your
Indian business?
All have witnessed what corporate giants have done to expand their business: Tata Steel acquiring
Corus, etc. The teams will be making strategies to pip others in a race to acquire a company.

La Alba Del Elphis:

La Alba Del Elphis, or ‘The Dawn of Hope’ aims to see if the managers in making can take the baton of
international marketing and usher it into a new level altogether.
They will be asked to market a product which gives shivers to most marketers and sell it in a country
where it’s unviable and next to impossible to sell it. The motto is to verify how one and all fare in stiff
competition even in such markets…
