Pre-commisioning/inspection of UPS System & accessories Testing of New UPS(s) with temporary power supply Testing of 200kva UPS in C1 & C6 ( Supply required ) Testing of 60kva UPS in C1 &C6 (Supply required ) 5 DC Cable tray laying / installation from ups room to battery room. The Old material will be directly loaded in the vehicle / Parking permission require near to the Exit door so that the activities can be completed in lesser time slot. If any permission require for taking the Material out need to be provided by Client / PMC. C Activities to be carried out during Shutdown Period (INSTALLATION OF NEW UPS SYSTEM 2 x 200KVA & 2X60KVA UPS, ISO.TX. and BATTERIES ) Once Battery room is completely ready positioning of base frames for new battery racks, new battery racks and BMS Panel positioning of new false flooring work in the battery room

floor shall be clear and false floor marking shall be comleted before positioning of baseframes

Power cabling shall be completed and supply is required from Panel for tesing of UPS ; Floor shall be clear and cut out from partition wall shall be provided cables for Monitoring shall be provided by BMS/IT Vendor.

APPROVAL FOR SHUTDOWN FROM RBS IT TEAM SHALL BE GIVEN

Old UPS & Battery removal activity will be done by Vendor of Socomec, necessary work permit shall be provided.

Electrical vendor shall ensure all cable tray removed from floor and ceiling/walls to ensure new Battery rack positioning CIVIL Work inside the room shall be completed immediately so as to positioning new battery racks, Else Activity time may increase if the room is not handed over to us within time frame.

RBS/PMC SHALL ENSURE ANY PERSMISSION RELATED TO PREMISIES SECURITY SHALL BE PROVIDED TO ALLOW VEHICLE PARKING AND LABOUR MOVEMENT
