Scientists have shown that men and women have different qualities, and they lead them to different

job fields. From my point of view, it is an obvious fact that most jobs are defining the gender because of the qualities which are significant for each gender. Firstly, Women are more emotional and care about people than men. That is the reason why they good at taking care of their own children. Therefore, it is truly obvious fact that women are tend to take professions that involving in dealing with people as they are good to deal with peoples' feelings. At the same time, men considered as tough and hard workers. Mens body structure more muscular than women and that leads them to take professions in mining and other physically intensive jobs. Secondly, jobs like hair dressing more attract by women since they are more concern about their beauty compare to the men. From decision taking perspective, men are straight forward over women. In a business environment, most employees find it difficult to deal with their boss if they have a lady boss since women are often not straight forward when decision taking.

some authorities believe that students should have a range of knowledge while others believe that students should study smaller amount of courses and go into details more. Discuss both sides and give your opinion.

Dear Sir, The reason I'm writing to you is to inform that I'm not being able attend to the annual meeting of the company.

After receiving the invitation for the meeting, I have decided to come. However, due to my immense work load, I cannot come to the event. However, I believe I would be able to come just for few minutes, and say hello to everyone. Since I cannot make it to the event, I already ask my colleague to record the whole ceremony for me.
