Our Vision

Over the past ten years, God has given us great opportunities to share
the gospel through teaching English in the International Language Center
(ILC) in Mongolia. This center is strategic because it enables more than 60
missionaries to obtain Mongolian visas as students of the Mongolian
language. The government does not grant visas to Christian missionaries as
such, so they get visas as language students. More than 30,000 people have
studied at ILC, so we have greatly impacted the country, especially the
youth.

While I was involved in the field of education in Mongolia, I became

aware of the great educational needs of Korean missionary children (MKs)
due to the poor quality of education on the mission fields, especially in the
least developed countries. Consequently, I decided to rededicate myself to
helping educate missionary children.

To do this, I relocated to South Korea in order to generate support and

establish a school to meet this need. Frankly, I’ve had to struggle
emotionally and spiritually in order to relocate for a wider ministry here. One
difficulty is the pioneering nature of our M.K. ministry. Even though some
20,000 Korean missionaries are serving around the world, generally Korean
Christians are unaware of and unconcerned about their children’s needs
because the mission movement here is relatively new. However, God has
given me a growing conviction that I should help meet this need, for
example, by mobilizing key American and Korean missionaries and by
obtaining financial backing.

Even though I didn’t have adequate resources to initiate this project,

God has poured out His blessings
through dedicated personnel. God has
provided a new facility, a former
school building in Yangpyong near
Seoul, which we have purchased. It
cost $600,000, plus $14,000 tax. One
of our missionaries, Dr. Ruth
Eshenaur, has sacrificed her
retirement savings to make the down payment of $50,000 on it, but prior to
that, she lost a great deal more in a attempting to buy another building in
Yangpyeong for our school.

In spite of these trials and errors, God has been faithful and has
enabled us to initiate several significant ministries, now under the auspices
of Educational Ministries Serving All Nations. These ministries include All
Nations Christian Academy (ANCA) and All Nations Community Church, led
by my brother, Rev. In-You (Eugene) In.

These ministries enable us to both serve missionary families and to

evangelize the local community. Specifically, we are evangelizing and
educating about 100 local children in English and the Christian worldview, as
well as providing regular schooling in English since March 2006 for Korean
MKs

Future Goals

1. We plan, the Lord willing, to run a special ESL program through ANCA. This
will be a preparation course for future MKs who need English in order to get
into schools on the mission field. We are also recruiting MKs who come from
remote areas without access to proper education; we will be selective by
focusing on helping those who are the most deprived.

2. We will support ILC by recruiting and sending native English teachers. If

possible, we want to rotate some of our teachers here in Korea to Mongolia.
For example, our teachers here might take turns teaching for three months
of a year in Mongolia and then return to Korea.

3. We are developing a K-12 international school to evangelize the local

community and for MKs We are setting up a board of directors and
developing sister relationships with other international schools in Korea and
overseas for support and encouragement. So far, we have only a few MKs
because we have no dorm, but we are planning a dormitory to accommodate
them.

Special prayer requests for 2008. Please pray that

1. We are surrendered servants who are filled with the Holy Spirit, who fully
obey God and not trust in our own strength, following the perfect example of
Jesus Christ who served others.

2. We are filled with love and enjoy genuine fellowship in order to build a
community that extends the Kingdom of God around the world. We are good
stewards of the ministry that God has given us by dedicating ourselves to be
faithful and to do our best.

4. We maintain good health and enjoy God’s protection from Satanic attacks,
both spiritual and physical. We have had many victories over Satanic attacks
during the past year.

5. Financial and personnel support for this new project. We need funds and
prayer supporters who share this vision to develop M.K. schooling.

Finally, I implore you to join us in this vital ministry. I believe that ANCA will
help extend God’s Kingdom by reducing missionaries’ distress over their
children’s education. This will free missionaries from anxiety and from having
to leave the field for the sake of their children’s future.
