The recently signed agreement includes : Transitional Arrangements and Modalities Revenue Generation and Wealth Sharing Power Sharing Normalization On and the Addendum on Bangsamoro Waters Senen Bacani is a member of the government negotiating panel. He was 2009 TOFIL Outstanding Filipino in Agriculture. He was Secretary of Agriculture during the term of President Cory Aquino. He is President of Ultrex Management and Investments Corporation.
