SpliceMate, the worlds smallest and most portable fusion splicer, is designed to meet the challenges posed by todays ber networks. Although small enough to t in the palm of your hand, its smart and reliable enough to be used with condence by inexperienced operators. The SpliceMates advanced intelligence features include two-camera ber inspection to ensure the splice is right, and Auto Arc Calibration, a industry rst. Its easy to operate and quickly makes low loss splices with all common types of optical bers and 4 ber ribbons. The SpliceMate is available with a variety of powering options including a battery pack or adapters to work with AC or DC power. A work station is also available for simplied splicing in the eld, regardless of whether splicing is needed on a pole, in a bucket, or in tight quarters in a neighborhood.
