Education has a prominent role in the effort of human quality improvement, intellectually and professionally, that could be conducted is education quality betterment at schools, notably State Senior High School 9 Malang. To obtain that is not only with curriculum change, but also by considering aspects mixed up in teaching and learning interactions. Aspects effecting students learning achievement constitute initial effort that carried out in order for the adequate steps being able to be established in point in improving and fixing the learning achievement. The aspects are the external and internal aspects. External aspects include school learning facilities, teachers, and parents role. And internal aspects cover students intelligence, talent, interest, and motivation. External aspect that mostly effects on students learning achievement is the teachers. As one of the elements in teaching and learning process, teachers have many roles, which are not limited as tutors who transfer knowledge, but also they have complex duties and responsibilities in achieving educational goals and they have to perform with good manner so they can be good example for their students. Then, the internal aspect, that is interest, plays influential factor on students learning achievement. The interest must be noticed since it is a variable effecting in achieving a goal or a dream that supposed to be achieved in learning. This research aims at revealing: (1) whether the students perception on teachers ability effects the students learning achievement in Economy Subject Class X State Senior High School 9 Malang; (2) whether the State Senior High School 9 Malang students learning interest effects their learning achievement; (3 ) whether the teachers ability and students learning interest effect the learning achievement of Class X Student of State Senior High School 9 Malang. This research uses descriptive analysis to draw the students perception on teachers ability, learning interest and learning achievement. Multiple linier regression analysis is used to reveal to what extent the students perception on teachers ability and learning interest effect the students learning achievement in Economy Subject Class X State Senior High School 9 Malang. The population involved is all of Class X students of State Senior High School 9 Malang, that is 319 students and the sample is 64 students. The sample determined using Proportional Random Sampling. The result of analysis shows that partially, there is a significant effect on learning achievement, based on the probability 1) students

perception on teachers ability = 0,000 smaller than 0,05 that means H0 rejected and Ha accepted; 2) learning interest = 0,000 below 0,05 that means H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Simultaneously, based on the result of F-test, the probability obtained is 0,000 < 0,05 means that the teachers ability and students learning interest have a significant effect on learning achievement.
