Restaurant, SA Rivas obtained information on the ownership of the restaurant. I

On 3119/03] Iwas interviewed as part of the disruption operations at the

commencement of the Iraq war. He was cooperative, provided phone numbers, and
answered ai.{.questions. In May, he sold all his belongings and moved to Jordan.

The Kuwaiti'l lis a student at Cal State Long Beach, in the US on a

student visa. He is associated with Murad Murad, and traveled with him to Phoenix and
met with al- Thukair. The Phoenix group has also traveled to California.
