Provides concrete advice on how the clients company can develop their employees skills in order to prepare them for intercultural work as best as possible and tailors all subsequent intercultural trainings exactly to the needs of company, their staff and their project conditions Outcome of the Potential Evaluation will be a report with performance status of the participant and his/ her/ their strengthen and weakness of intercultural skills, and provide practical and tailor-made advices for improvement

Different from EACs existing implementation service, Relocation Service is focused on the personal side, to provide schedule and route planning, accommodation recommendation, meetings arrangement, visa and working permit application support, integration support for client (Clevel managers) and his/ her family members, e.g. recommendation education possibilities for children etc.
The true value of the offering of Relocation Service is to help C-level managers to fully concentrate on his key company tasks by means of trouble-free and fast integration into local environment Results will be evaluated with a frequent status check with the client regarding his needs or concern

Tailor-made integration concept for individual or for a group of staff, e.g. integration concept differentiation considering country, level of the staff, family status etc.
Acquisition approach:

While doing preparation, use EACs existing know -how and methodology, but we shall always keep in mind about the difference of strategy and intercultural projects
Proceed to Next Steps Preparation

Build team Start with EAC internal staff, put those who are with extroverted personality into the team and hire one intern to do supportive tasks

Build knowledge pool and develop methodology Buy and read books about intercultural management, collect company internal opinions about interculture, find several intercultural areas which are most problematic for an international company. Finally, based on these inputs, develop an EAC methodology to identify and solve intercultural problems

First round marketing and acquisition test Write articles and publish on EACs website and other public media. While EACs partners talk to existing or potential customers, try to address some intercultural topics and mention EACs intercultural service to check their reaction

First Project, a test project Maybe EAC can start a first project with one of our existing customers, we can offer them with low budget, or even free of charge (but here only for one individual, with limited intercultural management service) to check the level of our intercultural service products
